I think the Ricoh GRii is better in much aspects, especially in ergonomics and the way you navigate the settings. The GR ii battery last longer and the camera never overheat, the GR iiix battery sucks and get hot so fast. Also when I got my new GR iiix I was shocked to find there is no 4:3 aspect ratio like in the GRii. Anyways I like the GR iiix so far but I'm not in love with it by any means. I'm waiting for the GR iv to show up to sell this one but I will keep the GR ii, you should try a GR ii !!
I’ve done my own testing with the GRII as well, and I agree, it is a really nice camera! I just love the compression of the 40m focal length of the GRIIIx. The removal of the built-in flash is also a huge bummer, but since I use an external flash when I need it, I’m perfectly fine without it. Never really had any problems with the GR III/IIIx batteries. When I’m out shooting I tend to only use 1 or 2 for a whole day and, I tend to turn it on and off about 20times per hour to kinda “save” battery life. To each their own
Hmm. it’s a regular hot shoe unless there’s something wrong with your mount on the camera. I’ve been able to fit all tons of flashes and have no problem with it shooting (Godox, Profoto, Nikon Speedlite, Pentax, etc.)
how fun filled photographs are these you are a great photographer
Thank you!
Keep it up!! Loved how this video was more of a conversation rather than”here are the specs”
Nice work 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

When i saw the photos, i glanced at the subscribers and read it as 410k subscribers and I was like "Yeah, that makes sense"
Your photos are so beautiful!
Bro, portrait of blond girl with Green clothes, at 0.33 of the video, has a natural bokeh or it’s added in LR? Thanks a lot, Great review
Thanks! All natural! Never really add or photoshop anything in my photos, mostly mess with the exposure and colors.
Maganda ng shots bro at maayos ng comparison!
I have an opportunity to purchase that flash. Is it fairly easy to use?
Art Tatum night and day I hear you 👀
what kind of flash is that?
It’s a Fujifilm EF-X20
I knoww! Luckily I got it before the prices inflated! Fuji needs to release a new one!
Cool camera but those pants. Where can I find a pair, they look comfy as?! ;)
Haha they are comfy! I got it from Target! The brand is Goodfellow & Co.
How did you make the Flash fit in that hot shoe? I got the same setup, but my flash is actually not fitting properly in the mount..
Hmm. it’s a regular hot shoe unless there’s something wrong with your mount on the camera.

Good job, kuya!
