    You lost me when he said ‘high fat high caloric food’…
    High fat food does NOT make us fat.
    And calories are NOT a food.
    What will make us fat is carbs/sugar

      well cells produce energy either through lipolysis (using fat) or glycolysis (using sugar/carbs), if both systems run fine then you won't get fat with either, unless there are impediments to these systems or an abundance of fuel greater than what your metabolic rate can handle.
      to say carbs/sugars makes us fat is flat out wrong. i assume you're just sharing talking points you've heard. i recommend you look into both lipolysis and glycolysis and understand the mechanisms behind the 2 systems
