Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist is an action-adventure stealth game published by Ubisoft. It's a direct sequel to Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction. A terrorist group naming itself "The Engineers" starts wreaking havoc and you (Sam Fisher) are assigned to a newly created special operations and counter-terrorism unit called "Fourth Echelon" with the task of hunting down The Engineers.
