Mr Scarlett, I’ll have to disagree with you on this one. Being able to adapt tactically doesn’t only rely on a manager but on the players too. Yes, Eth may have has his issues with adapting to another teams tactics but our players cannot adapt too. There were times when our players had to keep the ball and find an opening but they didn’t . I don't know what it was like under ETH, whom I favoured, but I think he may have been too disciplined and took the fun out of it. After all the game is played for fun.
This appointment has obviously been in the works for some time. Buying two centrebacks and getting Ugarte in when there were cheaper and/or better alternatives available. INEOS have obviously had Amorim in mind althogh Im not sure how Zirkzee fits unless he plays as a split striker opposite Hojlund in a 3-4-1-2 but that would mean them both having to maintain a high intensity press along with the no 10 and the wingbacks I do think playing 3 at the back with wingbacks makes a lot of sense with our current personnel but we do need a reliable replacement for Shaw.
Agreed. Conte used the 343 formation and won the league with Chelsea in his debut season. It's a good, reliable and with good flexibility to adapt - triangulation, loading or use the width with wing backs. But it's not a system that is known in our history, we a used to a swashbuckling, attacking and playing with speed and flair. And further, we don't have the players currently to play the system.
I thought you have gone to the moon or honeymoon :) Welcome back . There is so much on the net about his system is similar to Ten Hag's... and the players are suitable for his system...we shall see
All i can say is a manager is as good as his players... At united the problem is that our players don't look fit enough... They don't cover each other's mistakes... I think what will make this appointment very different is that Amorim is hired under a proper football leadership, while ETH was recruited without such backing. What INEOS has done ever since their takeover had shown a great level of competence and efficiency. Clearly they have a direction where they want to go and how they will get there. Of course you can still pick on things that they might have missed here and there, but please look at the big picture. The best thing is, we no longer put all of our hopes for a united revivial on one man, the manager. Amorim may or may not work out, but i am quite sure that the club and the team would still make positive progress regardless.
For me, the role that Daniel Bragança played in this game is similar to what De Jong offered at Ajax when Ten Hag was in charged there - someone who is press resistant, always available to receive pass, always scanning around for danger and opportunities and most importantly, not afraid to carry the ball and draw few opponents and create space for teammate. My biggest concern right now is even if United sign Amorim, we don't have such player at United. Mainoo has the potential, but he has becoming more passive since his debut.

Bro you are one of the people who was releasing videos on how good eth tactics were. When we all saw his rubbish. If you really knew what you were saying you would have called him out a long time ago realizing he just won't improve. Biggest problem with our players we can't even pass the ball properly we lose possession unnecessarily.
I know you went off grid because of the disappointing results of ETH lately, but bro, we missed your analysis. We are UNITED, in good and bad times. Surely we will get back to the top.
Hi. I am not gonna watch this video but i thought i catch up with you for the last time. This will be my last comment under your channel for the foreseeable future so what I am about to say matters to me. Ever since I first became a Manchester United fan at the age of 9, I have seen the team do amazing things in my childhood, but my teenage and adulthood has been spent fighting the Glazers ownership and the rut that was setting in. During that time, I would always have an optimistic outlook that things will get better eventually even if managers and players came and went. Until the day Ole got sacked, I used to believe Manchester United was different from the rest and that this was the only place where a manager would get time to succeed. It took Alex Ferguson 6 years to get it right after all. But that sacking killed the romanticism that existed for United and a huge mistrust of the players seeped in. I tried giving it a chance under EtH but I promised myself I would give up on Manchester United if this one didn't work out either and sadly it has not. The mental toll this period has taken on me has led to bringing out the worst of me as a human being and made me a magnet for the most horrendous person I met in my life. For the sake of my own sanity, I am not gonna bother looking forward to the Ruben Amorim era as I have seen this picture too many times and know the ending like the back of my hand. So this is my official declaration that I am withdrawing my support from Manchester United and football as a whole. I wish everyone in the comments and Mr Scarlet Report all the best for a new era and hope you will see success again. But I am not going to be part of this any longer. Farewell
Eric Ten Haag doesn't know how to manage high profile players I really like and respect him I just pray that the united players don't disgrace Amorim the way they did to Ten Haag

You fail before you get it right. The hole in the Midfield is gone because of the defenders were brought it. The press was gettin' better. Always creatin" chances buh no finishin' and those triangle passes were huge problems for any apponets. We escaped pressure in many pitch areas.
Nice One
Hi Mr Scarlet Report, long time, we missed your analysis in most recent games and whenever i came and found no new analysis, I knew it and got worried for Ten Hag. I concluded he was is gone
Honestly, it might be worth it for you to take the risk and go full-time. Invest in the channel, up your production, and you're head and shoulders above the rest. Great video.
I was just about to email you my guy. We missed you
Bro you are one of the people who was releasing videos on how good eth tactics were. When we all saw his rubbish. If you really knew what you were saying you would have called him out a long time ago realizing he just won't improve.
Biggest problem with our players we can't even pass the ball properly we lose possession unnecessarily.
Guilt tripping me with a puppy - nice one buddy. haha
Please compare ten hag ajax and almirom sporting
@Thescarletreport
If you're always like this, you are good! Liked and subbed
❤ You have been missed Mr Scarlet R
Farewell
First comment 😊 Ruben Amorim is a good coach

Eric Ten Haag doesn't know how to manage high profile players I really like and respect him I just pray that the united players don't disgrace Amorim the way they did to Ten Haag
Amorim has never managed a high profile player….
