Increasing our damage by a percentage doesn’t address the issues that make our spec problematic and unviable in many cases. There’s still so many dead talents and weird pathing. I love my main but I’m soooooo bored with it
Saying moonkins have gotten the most amount of updates? You cant be serious. There are plenty of other classes that have gotten A LOT more. Even with that said, nothing that has happened to the moonkin class so far has addressed the issues with the spec overall. This video is very out of touch my friend.

The only notable gameplay change to balance since alpha started is us getting 1 single 2 point node changed to 1 point. I logged in day one and yesterday and wasnt even prompted to change talents cause of changes.
Also both hero talent specs are the most boring for any caster in the game.

Moonkin still boring
We are still using the treants we had since BC. The other classes are summoning demon lords, 4 horsemen, phoenixes, etc . Moonkin is a joke.
Moonkin needs a LOT of work. As a balance main, there are a lot of issues with the class and needs to addressed. They just made us more boring moving into TWW. This video, while good intentioned, is very out of touch to the actual state of Balance.

Just like monks having the gull to complain about their nerfs when theyre still BY FAR the best class we see in 1v1 days. So their healing got nerfed by 60%? Who cares, they still have the most self healing. So all that means is they were ultra broken before
Everything is relative this soon after bliz changing up everything. And will be for awhile even after beta is over

meh those buffs dont mean anything, the issue with balance as a spec doesnt come from damage but from the rotation and how every past interesting abilities or procs got planted in the talent tree as passives or shittier versions not worth monitoring.
the spec feels boring and basic because of this over simplification of the mechanics that previously made balance unique and fun.

I think it removes the gcd so you can just start casting in form without the gcd
@@harribarri1141 unless they changed it. I don't believe you trigger gcd when shifting out or into form
If you bear form to tank an attack you have to waste a gcd to get back into moonkin form. Now you just cast wrath and it auto comes in. I think it’s a good change. going in bear form always feels like a heavy dps loss so the 1 gcd it’s a step in the right direction
