- In this episode David Farrier sets out to investigate the 7th Day Adventism, a type of Christianity that kicked off in upstate New York in the 1840s. It was a 7th Day Adventist who invented the humble cornflake, a food so bland it was meant to stop boys masturbating - and today the religion boasts 22 million baptized members worldwide. David meets up with Sam Neves, the Associate Director of Communication at General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, before talking to an ex-member who clears up whether it’s a cult or not. In the mailbox segment, David and Rob discuss feedback to the dolphins episode, paying tribute to the Russian Spy beluga whale that passed away, before talking about the US Navy experimenting with sharks as a weapon.

The reason I affiliate/d with 7th Day Adventists is because their understanding and exposition of the Holy Scriptures corresponds best to what I read in the Holy Bible. Jesus asks, “What is written in the law? How readest thou?”(Luke 10:26). To answer that question is the most solemn obligation of Humanity. To inform all people worldwide of this demand by God is the Church’s key assignment: “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and the shall the end come” (Jesus in Matthew 24:14).

This is my main issue: How can I be reconciled to God? God Himself provides the complete means of my salvation through His Son Jesus Christ! That is the gist of religion to me. There are additional questions that come up inevitably because we live in a huge world, but again, God has saved me for His eternity as is made clear in God’s Word the Holy Bible. Bottom line: God creates the cosmos; God cleanses the conscience; God corrects conduct. Thank you.
My apologies for coming in hot. But as i near the end of this podcast, there's still plenty wrong with your impression from both the former SDA amd yhe spokesperson. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to engage with Walter Veith's lectures. His current YT channel is Clash of Minds. He had the receipts for the c0vid agenda, back in early 2020.
Also, in Canada the haystack potlucks are done with organic corn chips usually, and haystacks are a rarity as most people bring vegetarian dishes.
