Gotta love the dynamic they show between Ruin and War. Ruin isn't just some pet, he's his own being and character. He's War's brother basically, but feels distrust after being abandoned. So rather than immediately rejoining, it's like War has to prove his worth again to be worthy of the Red Horse. I love that dynamic. Feels a lot like Fang and Spear from Primal- where the animal isn't a tamed pet, but more a partner or sibling.

There is honor and camaraderie you see in War. Camaraderie with his Horse and fellow brothers, and honor as you see him giving the Gladiator a fair chance by kicking his sword over. That and him sparing Uriel. This can be taken both Metaphorically and Literally.
Does anyone else notice that after her runs through him, Ruin actually does an excited little trot and a happy sounding nicker as he turns back around??
it's hard to believe that war is the youngest, the guys a huge mf, but the guy isn't the most powerful, according to the story and background death is the oldest and most powerful but his also the most reasonable out of all whereas fury is the short tempered one, all I know about strife is that he does what's needed to be done and to put it in simple terms, the guy won't hesitate in killing someone that pisses him off, also death was the first to tame a horse because war, fury and strife were worried and we're doubting themselves whereas death just got pissed and hopped into the rampaging horses and managed to tame a horse which transformed to represent the form of its master and after that death name it despair because that was the one thing that was in his mind at the time.
Caleb Stephan Death tamed his horse first cause War wanted to bet who of the 4 could do it first. Meanwhile Death was like “ fuck this” and just does it.
War is the most physically powerful, he’ll destroy the others in a power match. A weakened War clapped an empowered Straga and The Destroyer and was able to wield the Armageddon Blade

dont get me wrong, war being a stone cold, hard eyed badass is awesome, and called for in like, 95% of this entire game. but I really wish they had let him smile in this scene. or at least sound happy or SAY SOMETHING POSITIVE! This horse is one of his best friends in the COSMOS! Would it KILL HIM to stop being an emotionless brick for 10 seconds?
i love this game, despite it's rough spots...but i wasn't able to finish it due to it always crashing at a certain point towards the end. if anyone ever makes a fanmade patch that fixes it's game-breaking glitches or plans to work on it someday, please let me know, i'd be happy to support any way i can, i mean that.
@@integraxnine745 it's been over two years so it's difficult to remember, but i believe it always froze after giving Samael the last piece of his heart. i'd be able to play the game with no problems up to this point, but *everytime* i finally get to enter that portal to The Tower it would freeze after 3-4 seconds in it. i restarted my save file over at least three or four times and ran into the same problem. i played this on Xbox 360, and tried everything that was recommended online, but to no avail. i ended up selling it due to this problem

you see lots of emotions in it, even good ones. i think they made war a very flushed out character, he's not all gloom and doom.
