      Namiko sensei, I see u using my okasan no recipe. Since she grew grn chard she used that instead of spinach. I add sliced shiitake & tofu(cut up 1" cubes) to make a more hearty side dish. Works for me, tho. Sah! Domo arigato gozaimas.

    I can only find baby spinach where I live, could I make it with that?

      Sure! Blanch it just a few seconds as there are no "tougher" stem part for baby spinach. NEVER overcook it as it gets mushy. Really quick blanching, maybe like 10 seconds or less in a boiling water.
