  • As more results came in on Election night, it looked clear that the Exit Poll was correct and the Conservatives were set for a large majority.
Some of the biggest upsets of the night happened, including Liberal Democrat leader Jo Swinson losing her own seat to the SNP and Nigel Dodds losing his seat in Belfast North.

What exactly had he lost? He had stood down as a Parliamentary candidate, having stood down as Speaker; he was no longer a member of any party as a consequence of having become Speaker ten years earlier.

Why does Sky News give any time to the opinion of an anti democratic, two faced liar who was given the honor to be Speaker of the House, only to trample that honor into the filth which was Parliament before the overwhelming win by Boris. Bercow the tractor to democracy, Bercow the tractor yo Britain.

It's now the 26 December 2020 and I'm re-watching and it's delicious, Britain has just completed a free trade deal with the EU, Liz Truss is completing one trade deal after another, all of the doomsday predictions are proving to be completely unfounded. Bercow has missed out on a peerage too.Happy days!

They have at least 100 ultra-safe seats, ironically in places like London and less in the working class areas of the country. Under First Past the Post, it would take an almighty swing to all other parties for them to drop below triple figures.

35.40 talking about people being sick of hearing about Brexit; no, they're sick of the establishment not delivering on the referendum pledge. Leave means leave. Until we leave the EU and not sign up to some wishy-washy Brino policy, the result of this election is by no means concluded.

46:40 he's claiming a resounding endorsement for a referendum. Nicky the Fish claimed they would need 50-55 seats to claim an endorsement for a second referendum. I don't think the SNP have a clue about referendums. They don't understand what is a win and what is a loss.

Terrible anchorman- forgot his name- think it's Dermot... something. When Bercow says that when the Brexiteers were "A Minority", he gave them plenty of chances to speak. They still are a minority, it's the remainers that've been controlling the debate for almost four years. That's just one weak let off that a competent host would see automatically. I know it's not a Bercow debate, but don't let him lie with impunity.
