Not really punk as I know it. I was one of the fortunate ones that was at the Lesser Free Trade Hall in Manchester 04 June 1976 to see the first Sex Pistols gig. This is a more commercial sound will a little punk. Ripped clothes and tattoos don't a punk make.
hey we agree with you about clothing and punk. as for this song, its just one of our songs , out of 90 from our 5 official studio albums releases. we live the punk attitude & we re inspired by it .. but ultimately, we are expressing ourselves not trying to mimic a style ... this one has come out abit 'pop-py' maybe, but its a great song and we like it x
punk was never meant to be a specific musical style, that all happened later when it all narrowed down, punk was an attitude DIY, and some early "punk" was just as poppy as this if not more so. These guys and gal are as punk as anyone out there cus they do it themselves, they know the crack they play all the dives to small crowds, but I'm guessing like most bands out there they do it cus they love it.
