I bet every single person there is overqualified for that job, but due to LIFE ..having to work to help support their family (sisters,mothers etc),can’t afford transportation to get to school, if they have the money for tuition that is, parent passes away needed to be there for family etc etc LIFE!! Always remember ….not everyone has the same privileges and starts adult life on a level playing field. You never know if your janitor etc has ideas that could bring your business up a notch and save you 💰. Value your employees, allow them to benefit from your gains from their hard work idk a living wage $25 ++++ and see dedication. 😏
