The ending is so genius. In the first game, the prince tells Farah the story of how they met (and how he killed an evil vizier), because she doesn't remember (he turned back time so she has no memory of him). While the prince narrates the story, you play through it similar to how the lady in this game narrates what you are doing. At the end of this game he starts telling the story of the first game again, thus looping the three games over and over oh its so genius.
A terminally ill Vizier betrayes his king and convince Persians to attack. Cause he's looking for to capture the power of sands of time. Dies at the hands of Prince who come back through time. With Kaileena coming to present and Dahaka died, timeline changes. Vizier again terminally ill but this time kills his king, captures his army, goes to Babylon, looking for an Empress who will come here in an unknown time to capture her powers. My minds blowing. What a masterpiece.
I am so incredibly happy that there are still people out there giving love to this game, one of my all time favorites and a staple of many moments I had as a child, still love going back to it when I need some inspiration or relaxation

This was the first game of the initial trilogy I ever played. I didn't know much of the storyline when a dear friend gave me this one for Christmas. I really grew to love it. I wish there was a re-release on ps4 or 5.

In this game at the beginning of his journey, the Prince has made several critical mistakes. 1) He has discarded the Amulet of Time into the water. If he was still in possession of this medallion and all of its powers, he could have easily slain the Vizier, the Vizier's army, and generals(Klompa, Mahasti, Twins) before they have even become sand monsters. Also, he could have saved Kaileena from her death at the hands of Vizier, and thus prevent the release of the Sands of Time. 2) Where was his Water Sword? Why it wasn't present by his side? With this weapon, the Prince could have not only eradicated the Vizier and all of his army but also conquer the lands the Vizier came from🤣
It will be coming dont worry. The company said that it would be delayed indefinitely but in reality that just means that they are remaking all of them at the same time and gonna release them in a collection.

@@aksky9819 ah well if you are on pc then I reccomend the controller. You can get a cheap and efficient one at like walmart for like 20. This game series was made for controller not keyboard and mouse.
@@82SMR dont recommend the ps3 version, it sucks! Many bugs, dark prince is not even glowing in my game its so baddd :(
@@82SMR I DON'T recommend the ps3 version, is full of glitches, even on the protagonist model! It's a shame they never fixed it
