Prince of persia franchise was so ahead of it's time. So legendary. The graphics, the mechanics, the cutscenes, the combat system, the duo character gameplay and Prince's agility. All was just immaculate. Hard to believe Ubisoft made this
I just wish the same could be said for other versions of Prince of Persia games that weren’t on either PlayStation or XBox. I have a Wii version of PoP Sands of Time and it’s just terrible. The ability to create footholds to climb on was too clunky and got me killed to often, the QTE’s weren’t synced well enough even if you got them correctly and transitioning from one pole you were swinging on to the next was too slow. You had to wait for a glowing line to connect to where you were planning to jump to next or you run the risk of just falling to your death over and over again. 🙄
VERGRADO Assassin's Creed started as a Prince of Persia concept, but then they changed it into a whole new franchise and decided to stick with it. I honestly miss Prince of Persia, they should remake the three games from the Sands of Time trilogy, with new engine and assets.

For me i was still very unused as to how speed kills worked (giant took me about 20 days). I played the twins around 40 times, across several months, my game ended up crashing, and I deleted the save file (PS2). Rebought the game a year later, got to the twins in one day, and stayed stuck there until the 2nd CD crashed too. Eventually I recently bought the game on steam and managed to finish it all You have no clue how satisfied I was when I got past the twins (3rd or 4th attempt)

Took me 2 days to kill the first boss bcoz I didn't knew what to do . I didn't had anything to play with so I usually went to my friends house to play on his PC . Those were the days , man I miss them sooo much
When i first played the game I could never beat the twin warriors.. So I just replayed the game like ten times and whenever I would get to that spot I'd just restart 😐
Bro I was so fuckkkkkked that mission also, I had saved my game right before that or something and I had to beat the mission on some low ass health and just never got passed it and I didn’t want to restart from the beggining😂
feel sad for prince- faced hard times, difficult enemies with strategies that you simply cannot think of in real life. fought sand enemies in sands of time where once if he had lost the dagger, all would be over. FARAH did cheat him once but he was lucky to be survived. escaped from dahaka , it would be worse if dahaka had a group.. even worse if the whole army in the palace were in a group to fight him. now in two thrones, we see how much of pain he had gone through.
i remember this in much higher quality hahah. such sweet memories, my fav installment of the series. i understand how some like the one with dahaka that gave nightmares. thanks for the upload its a joy to watch and realize i still remember those killpoints ! 👍

Good stealth that actually matters. Excelent combats with incredibly elaborated combos and great variety of situations. Hard and challenging. It feels great when you advance. Much better than any Asssassin's Creed.
This game and Warrior Within is the one case of a translated version that i prefer over the original, the Spanish voice gave the prince the sound of a grown man who's defending his kingdom from a monster while the original makes him sound a bit like a teenager
Imagine if we could play this game with the cenematic graphics . Oooof . 2022 graphics. Oooof . This is the only relief I get for my current situation. Am broke and sick. Thanks for the content at least am entertained.

This game right here was their pinnacle. I beat this game at least 30 times.The stealth kills felt so satisfying. Once you got your skills up and started stealth killing two enemies at a time the shit felt even crazier.

Good old days when I used to learn the fights myself and really get my money's worth out of them instead of going on RUclips and looking at the cheapest way to beat them
So I used to play this as a child. I never beat it. I went back to my pc a couple months ago and saw it cheap on steam. Over 16 years later I completed the game. It really does hold up over time too. My only issue was that the twin boss fight was incredibly broken and didnt age as well as the rest of the game
First cut scene giving me PTSD. Unlocked from core memory. Tried and tried till I got physically sick. Didn't have internet to help me out. I got stuck, and quit.
