    you made this seem easier by breaking it down, but im still so scared that ill somehow injure my neck or straight break it😭😭😭

      What I’ve recently learned is that you should try to round the back a lot so that most of the weight is on your upper back rather than right on your neck. Keep it soft and smooth, take your time

    I k ow this off topic but how to I arch my back on a fish flop. I have a bendy back I js can’t bend it on a fish floo

      you want to think of sequentially rolling down first through the chest, then belly, then hips, then legs. And be sure to bend the knees. You can practice your worm down in isolation to get that part of the movement. I also recommend practicing your worm down on your bed, carpet or grass :)
