I was a professional dancer until my accident and now I'm paralyzed from my mid chest down! When I got better I became a judge ,all was fine until girl after girl came in doing almost the same dance! She executes every move perfectly and leaves us viewers breathless and speechless from her emotion and beautiful technique.

Okay, this is pure joy to watch! THANK YOU! As a dance teacher and choreographer this was such a pleasure to watch, I was lost in your dancing your performance, your story. Not once did I start correcting your technic, or your use of space, connection to the music, or a hundred other things that go through a teachers head when they watch a dance piece. You are amazing!

I really don't like th word "gifted". It somehow implies that since she has a talent and somebody else doesn't, she can dance more beautifully. It doesn't leave space for how much WORK she had to put into all of her trainings. How many times she must have suffered from injuries, pain, moments of doubts, giving up on tasty food and investing in hours and hours of practice. For all those things she's my hero, not for the natural talent she might (or might not) have been born with. A true fighter :)
