Happy 1st birthday to the Tasmanian Archives repository

Happy 1st birthday to the Tasmanian Archives repository in Geilston Bay, Hobart which relocated from its former facility in Berriedale. The relocation started on 26 September 2022 and the last archival box was placed on the shelves on 3 November 2022.
The move saw 23.5 kilometres of records, volumes, objects and audio visual items relocated to the new site.
The new facility not only offers the precious archives a better environment and growth, it has also improved workflows and facilities for staff.
