i worked at Mac and Blo in juskatla in '76-77 Worked with a nice guy Dez Dezinbrini.... anybody remember him in the warehouse ?.. I moved back to Ontario , but still have fond memories of the Queen Charlottes
This was a great a video by the way, the P16 with the aluminum wheel on the front - did she eat a Kenworth for breakfast? That J23 spar is pretty awesome, looks like she had a hard life in the bush. A visit hey, I am hoping to get the QCI's next summer...
+Clint Tauber Thanks Clint I know Errol was up there and based in Juskatla before and into the mid 1970's then relocated to Tlell for a few years but still Pulling Leavers out of Juskatla and Port Clements. Not sure of who He worked for at any given time but I do know He was a great Operator and could pretty much pick and chose who He Pulled Leavers for. He was also a Great Instructor, He broke Me in back in the late 60's at Knights Inlet.
@clovakid Another expensive custom built machine that M&B ordered. Cost a fortune, and never really worked out. Would you believe, they used it for de-activating logging roads??
