ok first this is an italian proud moment just for the anthem lol, second boi this ferrari looks stunning. i didn't know you can polish wrap as well, but it looks tricky on how much pressure you have to apply in order to not burn the wrap. awesome tips as always

Where was this video when I needed it I had a client 2-3 weeks ago with a satin dark grey wrapped Audi r8 v10 manual who wanted his wrap freshened up and it was hell figuring out what works best and won’t leave any haze on the wrap or pull color. The best way to polish wrap is 2-3 speed with a finishing pad and finishing polish and working it all in and another trick I realized was using very little polish on the pad and not dabbing it around just working it in

3 ways to keep car paint pristine - avoid highway driving as much as possible, never go through car washes(even touchless use harsh chemicals) and don't park near other cars.
As far as parking away from other cars is concerned, I usually do that with a new car that I've just bought, and I find some people then park alongside me, grr. Kinda wears off once you get your first shopping park bump.
also dont drive near other cars, dont drive on roads, defenitely dont drive off roads and avoid gas stations.
Buy a garage, park the car, lock the door and walk.
But avoid walking on highways, never walk trough car washes and don't stand around near other peoples cars.

I have detailed my cars for 24 plus years and I always am interested in the latest techniques and products. I have installed PPF on my current cars and was wondering how to address minor surface scratches. I am understand you can sometimes apply a little heat to remove minor blemishes, but was not certain you could polish PPF. Thanks for sharing this video. I enjoy all your other videos also!

Yes, but in this case there was also a bunch of contamination. So even if heat could fix the scratches, it still needs a polish

@@VinceCannavaII but even then you have to be careful that you don't use something that actually starts to damage the wrap.
I took a dump the same color as this wrap today.
One of my dream cars, BUT (!) I saw you power washing the engine bay and engine itself 🤯
I was always told to never wash the engine bay because you can completely fu*k up the engine/electrical. Obviously, you're pros, so what am I missing here? Perhaps a future video on this topic?
Hey Al - you can wash an engine bay *carefully*. As long as you cover sensitive areas (electrical components etc with a plastic bag) and don't drown the engine bay with water you should be ok :) Larry does have a couple videos on his channel about cleaning engine bays and there are some others on RUclips. I checked them out first before I did mine as I was scared to (Nissan R34). I was super careful and used minimal water and dried it with a car air blower, although afterwards the check engine light did come on a couple times after starting it but, touch wood it's ok now
Come on Larry you do not need a dedicated wheel and caliper coating with “high temp” but over I enjoyed the restore on the wrap as I need todo this to mine.

as long as you're doing beige, why not some brown or green racing stripes?
“I want Ferrari that will stand out like a terd in a punch bowl” was the subconscious thought when this color was picked out.
