Let's see how long that nice, clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood is going to stay that way.

Actually that low income black neighborhood in the Allen Benedict court has had nice upscale affordable housing since 2008! There’s hardly any crime because black American politicians in Columbia made sure to redesign the area for a better quality of life and that’s reflected in the black residents who live there. It nice & quiet compared to the Meth heads in Lexington

@@javionriley8739 absolutely!! I’ve gone to the bank and shopped for groceries in that neighborhood several times and never had a problem or even loud noises. And yes, Lexington is crazy. That’s where the real drug problems are located but many want to pretend that drug use affects Black and Latinos only. Those meth heads out in Lexington are crazy and dangerous.

Where are American millionaires? 2 of them could build this!!! But rich Americans are hoarding their millions!!! Help your poor neighborhood

I agree with you. America has 600 Billionaires and many more millionaires but homelessness is increasing. Greed! It will be our downfall. God judges a nation that neglect Its poor and downtrodden.

As usual - All hype and nobody can figure out how to get into them, even though they are half empty.

What is the zip code for this place? It means a lot bc if zip code has high crime and 90% of not what your race is then you have problems.
