Jeez! I'm guessing I'd have a 50% success rate at running this with my dot-equipped G19 in under 10 seconds Hitting an 8 inch popper at 50yds slow fire with the LCR22 would be difficult for me even without the sprint. I think this sort of content has motivational value. Something else that I'd like to see is some pointers you've found helpful in enabling you to shoot so accurately with the LCR22 (tips for keeping the muzzle on target through that long heavy trigger).
Recently found you and watch all your vids. I just grabbed a cp33 and my dealer got a lcr22 on his watchlist for me. I’m learning this pistol cheek shooting and it’s surprising accurate. My mp 15/22 pistol with buffer tube is extremely accurate shot from the cheek.
Even if you don't have to run to an active shooter just the massive adrenaline dump of a real life problem is going to leave you breathing hard with shaky hands. Doing something to elevate your heart rate to simulate that is great training
This is actually extremely impressive. I know for a fact I couldn’t do this in sub ten, especially not with a snubbie. I do sprint regularly and shoot at 50 yards regularly but never concurrently.
Very impressive. Because I don't have land or a private range, I'm going to try this in my house with airsoft. Run back and forth for a total of 50 yds, and try to hit a 2.5 in circle from about 15 yds. The par time will have to be set longer due to having to change running directions a few times.
First time ive ever been auto un-subscribed from someone. I just realized today that I hadn't seen anything from your channel for a month. I checked and sure enough RUclips got me. Anyway, I'm back.
Great video! That’s an awesome test and a good common sense standard and gauge of your shooting ability. Even if you don’t use 50 yards even if you can only run 25 yards or 15 yards thanks for the video I’ll send it around.
Inpressive! I do cardio and/or weights 4 times per week, but I honestly can't remember if I've sprinted all out in the last decade! Looks like there's a gap in my training I need to address...
Would love to see you do a video as well with your full size 3 inch Ruger LCR 22 & how your implementing it into CCW (if you are)…I would think you may need to make minor adjustment into the way your getting it into the fight but maybe I’m wrong. Happy Easter all - stay safe and be BLESSED!!!
I am posting this to your most recent video even though I know this was not the subject of this particular video. Could you educate us on the best ammunition to use in your AR pistol? I hear you refer to a soft point ammunition but I’m not sure I’ve ever caught what manufacture and what grain you are using. Can you compare that ammo to 62 grain M855?
Very cool! I’m not going to all out sprint and pull a hamstring lol. But will give it a go. I’ll be happy to hit a steel torso with my Smith and wesson 351C 22mag.
I always think it's funny all the people who say the opposite, many would probably run away. That being said, I'm not a fan of hypothetical scenarios, I have no idea what I'd do, but if you tell the the scenario I can tell you what I'd hope to do. Also, I hate personally test, too many hypothetical 😅
@@demonstratedconceptsllc4918 badass brother! I’m still running the lcr .22 for about a year now based solely on your videos haha has become literally my favorite carry gun. Thanks again for bringing light to how good this gun is for carry.
Thank you. I had thought it probably was as I watch all your vids. Just making sure. Great shooting and a very useful presentation. Breath and endurance Skills used in Biathlon. 👍🏼☑️
Awesome stuff! People gotta realize that rollin up in a pickup with 30 pack and shooting empties 10 ft away isn’t gonna cut it when it counts period. 👍😃✌️🇺🇸 It is fun though!
Wish I had a range I could do this. I thankfully can run 50 yards no problem. I can comfortably run a 400m in under a minute. 50 to 100 yards sprint tho gets breathing going even in great shape so shooting thru that requires skill and practice. Good way to simulate stress.
Test #1: Determine if I can even hit the target at 50 yards consistently. Test #2: see if I can sprint 50 yards and be able to take a picture with my phone of something far away. Test #3: Refer to video.
Quite possibly the worlds best lcr22 operator.
GOALZ! ❤

I'll be 66 years old tomorrow and YOU are my Greatest Firearms role model! Love your prospective on the 22LR snubbies!
he shot so much quicker from draw than I expected. Very impressive as always
This is great. I would like to see more drills that integrate fitness.
I dig this Pat Mac type stuff. Makes me miss living out West. Not many places around here I could (legally) do that.

Nice realistic drill sir. Bravo!

That was cool. Nice length video with a short burst of action. Good analysis. Not too much not too little.
This is, IMO, a excellent drill.

Love to see more like this.

Damn good homie
I'll be real, I would never run towards gunfire during an active shooter situation. I'll be in the restroom stall thank you very much.

You might surprise yourself
Impressive shooting! At that distance are you using more of your sight picture or the laser sight to make the hit?
Thanks! There’s no laser on this LCR22. Good old irons.

@@demonstratedconceptsllc4918 I’m gonna try this and time it this week. Definitely gonna take more than one round unless I get lucky 😂
Excellent. Caliber? Your .22 or a 9mm? Would like to have seen the pistol choice.

I wish you had repainted the target. Curious to see where exactly your shot landed..
Awesome. Very motivating.

Push it homie
You push - we push
Extremely impressive. Doubt I could make that shot 10/10 times without the sprint.
I think an issue for most people is that the max distance at most ranges is 25 yards.
If I take any shot at 50yrds in my state I prob go to jail for some bullshit like I could have run
@The Morning Star MA/RI
Great shot and fyi It’s diminution not “diminishment “
Please use a scr raider with the cheeeky cheek style
What hearing protection are those
Eep100
i need that drip cudi
I don't have access to a range like that where I can run on it.

Wait you ran AWAY 50yds! I thought u were gonna run towards the target! 😂
😂 camera framing. 100yd pan vs a 50yd pan. Easy choice
@@demonstratedconceptsllc4918I thought you were going to run up for a close shot!
@@5Minuteman close enough🤣
Gooooooooo
Gun binging with babish
that'd be alton brown
Did you use the laser or the iron sights on the LCR?
Irons
50 yard sprint? I'd have to swap out my daily driver wheelchair for a race chair.
