@@alwignot3584 Thats where Im from, which makes this all the more hilarious. All my family listened to was Tim McGraw and Marty Stuart. Leno sometimes is just quick with jokes like that. Made total sense. Lol.

I used to live in Lander Wyoming where the local paper posted do many humerous grammatical errors and goofy syntax I wish I'd compiled them for just this dort of humor.

Re-watching these old Jay Leno Headlines, etc., is so much more fun than watching the news. Sometimes I have to pause the video while I recover from laughing too hard.
I didn’t see these till my teen/college years, but I stayed up for it every time. Wasn’t the same after he stepped down.

I was in the editorial side of the newspaper with the cow ads. Both ads came in at different days and were taken by different people. Both ads were free by the way. Each was entered into a computer and when the page is being constructed the computer flows all of the ads. So no one ever really read the page. It's actually pure luck that they wound up next to each other. The only thing people did in production was to fill in empty spaces with house ads like the one you can see in this clip. Personally I made far worse mistakes in my 10 years in the business.
There's a suburb near me called Waterproof. Years ago the Courier's headline was "Waterproof man drowns"
The “Dollar days special” is the funniest ad there is in this video. It only get funnier when Jay starts to explain more about the ad it self @ 1:38

Back when the show was funny.
In fairness to the “fireworks on radio” headline, the radio may have been broadcasting a music score for the fireworks show. I lived in a city where the fireworks were choreographed to music, with the music being broadcast on the radio.
A bridge collapsed and people died.
Rescuers searched through the rubble looking for bodies and survivors.
After a week of search and rescue the headline reads:
"We don't expect to find anymore survivors alive."
I haven’t laughed this much since I read the Nancy comic strip.

Jay Leno and Johnny Carson were genuinely funny and likeable. There's not way Colbert, Fallon, or Kimmel meet either criteria.
Fallon...maybe....but Colbert and Kimmel?...two butt-wipe political hack morons for the demorats...esp.. Colbert (F'n useless tub of pig chit). Oh..And I ended up liking Leno better. Carson wore his ego on his sleeve and was obnoxious and arrogant at times.

Colbert Report on Comedy Central was good, but as soon as he went mainstream late night he turned into the most unlikable of all and Kimmel is mr woke. Very sad

Johnny Carson and Jay Leno were both totally awesome. Arsenio Hall and Conan O Brien fell FAR short of Carson and Leno but could still sometimes be worth watching. Everyone else since has completely sucked.

Had one similar to the one with the dog taking a crap...managed a large facility and the company that provided our doggy bags was a family operation...they sent an xmas card one year with the family on the beach and a pile of fake dog doo in front of them...wish I'd hung on to that one...

I bet these clips were taken in 1993. I’m basing this on the terms (“yuppies”); the technical problems using computers to print newspapers (probable autocorrect); and the new technology (brothers collide calling each other on cell phones).
Any other guestimates?
The description says 2004-2007. Autocorrect still exists, and the term Yuppie is still in use, albeit only occasionally. Cell phones were almost non-existent in 1993.
So, either you are from a different galaxy, or you meant 2003.
