Did ghost over 50 times and never got navigator. My friend who just got into Destiny got it his 2nd attempt. Safe to say I didn’t play with him for a week 😂
I didn't get the arrivals seal only because of those 3 eyes, I just didn't bother to play the dungeon and considered It too difficult for me. It still haunts me to this day.

I swear new lights have a boosted raid/dungeon exotic chance. The amount of times I've carried new players through raids/dungeons that I've 40+ clears of and they get it first try is really demoralising

It took me 56 runs of Spire of the Watcher to get Hierarchy of Needs, Navigator took 14, and Bloodline took 9 or so. If you got Hierarchy, I would've been annoyed but it would also have been very cool. Honestly, I could never imagine getting 2 RNG dungeon exotics in a day so this is impressive to me
I know bunige wants us to grind everything out constantly. But do feel like at the end of each season. For like a week or two, it really would be good to have an "gift of the thundergods." Know so many people who tried Destiny 2 during into the light because they were told by friends they didn't need to start their farms at zero.
it took me 60+ LOOTED CLEARS (stopped counting after 60) with EVERY CHANCE BOOST to get both hierarchy and heart shadow. oh yeah and 132 VOG clears for mythoclast lol. my two friends that helped me farm spire literally got 7 combined hierarchy drops before i got mine and they didnt have most of the boosts. this game sometimes refuses to give you the thing you want for so long that you no longer get excited when you actually get it and thats honestly a big problem.
The addition of 2 featured dungeons with TFS might help, but idk if we have enough dungeons quite yet that you can actually get 2 relevant dungeons in rotation.
I did a bunch of triumphs alone on my own time just to boost the drop rates for Nagivator when we were still farming for it and still my two friends got it first with no boosters at all, making me the last one to get it after a bunch more runs in the span of several weeks. Coincidentally my friend did a few triumphs to boost Buried Bloodline drops and he also was the last one to get it. Exotic drop rate boosters are 100% a scam and you can't change my mind, I swear your odds might actually be better not doing them lol.
You guys are so good, I managed only 2 dungeons in the 6500 hours I played Destiny2, but I was also very lucky with the people who helped me with the dungeons.

I'm not lol When a dungeon is farmable you can keep farming the boss cp for the exotic! You should definitely take advantage of the farmable dungeon I explain the importance in the video
@@cbgray i wouldn't say hard necessarily, just annoyingly time consuming and not great for people who use LFG. Like the one for buried bloodline. so many extra runs and extra things to complete. While it was fresh it was KINDA annoying, but i can imagine as time goes on it probably just gets more and more difficult to find people to complete it because it's so convoluted.
Once again commenting that the prophecy exotic should’ve been witherhoard because of the taken theme and it being thematically different from the other weapons but still tied to the dungeon in some way
So, I actually had an idea for a Prophecy exotic. An exotic rapid-fire auto rifle called Attracting Opposites. Intrinsic: Spatial Polarity. Rounds fired from this weapon count as both Void and Strand damage, and will benefit from either (having both will not stack). Exotic: Unnamed. Landing 5 precision hits will apply a debuff; 5 causes Volatile, 10 causes Unravel, 15 causes Suppression, 20 causes Suspend. Just an idea.

Ruinous effigy was the Prophecy exotic (kinda). The quest had you going in with the gun to shoot the Savathun's eyes for the caty

This is wayyyy too complex to work properly but would be cool. Only issue is strand wasn’t a thing when prophecy came out
Ruinous effigy was technically that dungeons exotic. For the catalyst you had to do a mechanic with the weapon in the dungeon
