Kevin you two sound great together, I lost my 1st Wife in a car wreck in 1988 and we listened to a lot of Reo Speedwagon . Whenever I hear this song it takes me back to happier times when She was with me.
How do I just keep scrolling without expressing my deepest sympathies? The time will come when you will not recall her tragic passing just her beautiful presence, this will all occur in the blink of an eye. Take care of yourself. Canada!
I’m sorry…. I’ve lost my 16 year old son and even though the scars never go away, life keeps bringing us pleasant new experiences in other ways, to make us smile…
My wife passed away long time ago; this song was among the first I shared with her when I was wooing her last time; we married young, and we lived a happy 12 years; thanks for the memories...now, I'll always 'see' her whenever I look at my children...
You can see your wife through your children now just as you and your precious children will all see the beloved wife/mom again. None of your will have any memory of here passing. It will be like she never left. This is the promise of your creator!
Beautiful, Makes me think of my wife of 27 years who went home to streets of gold a few years back...I Beleive I will see her again,up there... Beautiful harmony you 2...
You are timeless! I grew up listening to your great songs, "in my dreams" is definitely my favourite song. Thanks for having shared your outstanding talent with us all throughout the years, REO Speedwagon was, is and will always be one of the greatest bands of all times!
Kevin, I the guy that worked in kiddy land at magic mountain. Early 80s, you arrived with a little boy and girl that wanted to ride the airplane ride. I knew who you were at the time, I just couldn't evade your privacy. You asked me how to get on the dram. You kicked it against the fence while the kids rode the ride.reo reo has always been a favorite. Thxs
I was in Subic Bay in 1989 in the Marine Corps. Coups attempt to overthrow Akino. We were there 2 and a half months and this song was popular among many there. A rocker named Eddie from the PI used to sing Ozzie and Lita's song if I close my eyes forever. We all loved Olongapo City.
On keyboards Neil Doughty on bass guitar Bruce Hall on drums Alan Gratzer on lead guitar Gary Richrath I'm Kevin Kronin, we're REO SPEEDWAGON, WE LOVE YOU WE'LL SEE YOU SOON! Kevin, such a Showman! What great memories! Thanks guys!
Cronin - you are a legend, still after all these years you continue to get out there and rock it out! Reo Speedwagon are one of the greatest bands of all time - period
Had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cronin after a concert in 2006. Awesome moment meeting one of my music heroes. We actually had a 10 min conversation, where he praised my profession as teacher. Thank you Mr. Cronin, for writing many of the songs of the soundtrack of my life.
So beautiful and brings a smile on my face to see a couple singing together, that have loved each other through so many years, and still do! Even though I’m 52 now, every time I hear “I Can’t Fight This Feeling”, I’m 16 years old again, in High School, have my very first girlfriend, and the world is a beautiful road ahead. I can smell her perfume and fresh makeup, the popcorn at the movie theater and see her smile as if I’m the best thing in the world.Thank-you for being a wonderful piece of my life, and memories, with your music!
Awe! The 80's were the BOMB.! It's such a blessing that you can listen to a song and it'll take you back to that moment when you were young. The Good Ole Days!! Kevin Cronin still sounds magnificent after all these years. 💯💯💯💯💯
I’ve been listening to REO literally all my life, was in Insianapolis when they recording side three of “You Get What You Play For.” It’s so nice to see Kevin singing with his wife and still so very talented after all those years! What a blessing he’s been to so many people, never vulgar or dirty, what a great example for young people today.

I had the opportunity to meet the entire band in the late 80's and asked Kevin if he could sing this at the concert which was the next day. He said "Do you know how hard this song is to sing live?" Well Kevin, you pulled it off nicely here!
Followed REO from the beginning when Terry Lutrell was on vocals. REO 1 is a fantastic, pretty much obscure album. They often played in Davenport, Iowa where I was. REO II with Kevin was the best in my opinion. Full of gems. After rejoining years later they released some great songs. Roll with the Changes, Time for Me to Fly, etc. Good on ya Kevin! Brilliant career. RIP Gary Richrath.
