@@stevenpwright8792 Nicely put! The phrase "Born to play" perhaps sounds a little cliché but it's absolutely the case with Gary. An entirely unique guitarist who is uncopiable IMHO and you're absolutely spot on in referencing his obvious joy of expression with his instrument.

This concert was at Kemper Arena in downtown Kansas City Missouri. I was there. They stayed at the Hall's Crown Center Hotel. My Grandpa knew Joyce Hall of Hallmark Cards. He lived on the Kansas side of the State line. He kept Grandpa's horses at his farm. That's how I got a ticket right in front of the stage. @@54chewbacca I know it got officially released for a real short time, I think less than a year, back in the VHS days In the mid-1980s. But it's definitely one that I've never seen in any used stores/ thrift stores. I definitely keep a lookout for it too 🙂

Bittersweet watching this. Just amazing seeing how good they were again. Gary Richrath was the heart of that band, and Kevin Cronin was a good front man & had the perfect voice for them. Yeah, they are still around, but are just a good cover band at this point. Kevin don't have that kind of horsepower anymore.

It is actually Kemper Arena in Kansas City. spelling and arena were wrong. It isn't used at all anymore. The Sprint Center is downtown. Personally I liked Kemper better

Kemper Arena was not torn down. It underwent considerable renovation in 2017-18, and has been renamed Hy-Vee Arena. Still standing, though.

FYI,, KEMP"E"R NOT KEMP"A"R (ARENA NOT STADIUM..)
i know nit picky, correct. But, kids pick and yak about it and adults don't want to hear it from them. Have some respect for the REO children..
HOWEVER ITS ALWAYS A PLEASURE FOR REO TO COME TO KANSAS CITY. YOU ARE LOVED HERE BY MOST OF THE CONCERT GOERS.. LIKE 99.9%
