    I am sure many of you who have requested me to make this video will be happy that at last I have come out with this video. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.
    In this video I have explained in detail about all the branded stainless steel in duction based cookware, I use regularly in my kitchen. I have made use of some of these cookware in many of my cookery videos, the link of which i am giving in the end as well in the suggestion and end cards.
    I have given an index in the beginning which will take you to the exact point of each brand of cookware. Because I have shown may brands, the video is a bit lengthy, but informative. So I would request you all to watch it till the end.
    I have shared both postives and negatives of each product and also given tips on using in dishwasher.
    These are my frank opinion on each brand based on my usage. This is not a sponsored video.
    As always it would be nice to hear from you all both about the video as well your experience, about what cookware you use etc..
    Keep giving me your support by watching, liking, sharing and commenting!
    Thank you. Happy watching!

    P.S. : I have shared the playlist of cookery videos on induction cooktop using the above cookwares :-

    Madam please let me know can we use the vinod kadai in normal gas stove for frying and after use does the kadai gets cleaned in dishwasher throughly, does the kadai catch yellow stains after oil frying. ( for example after we use for making chakli because it stays on gas stove for longer time with oil. ) please clear my doubt. I wanted to know before buying. Thank you.

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  4 года назад +1

      Hello sir. I will try to give point wise reply. It can be used on gas for frying but I tend to use it more on induction since it has flat base and induction gives more uniform heating. Remember as compared to normal curved bottom kadais, this will require more oil to be filled due to flat base. I have another Prestige flat bottom induction kadai as shown in my video. Based on my experience, SS kadais generally leave behind less oil stain than aluminium kadais for similar use. And we can clean SS kadais in dishwasher in long cycle at high temperature. If the placement in the dishwasher is correct, 8 or 9 out of 10 times, the kadai gets cleaned very well. But sometimes, oil tends to spill over on the outside of the kadai during long use and these yellow or brown stains may not get fully cleaned. But in such cases, after taking out of dishwasher, the leftover stains mostly the outside ones can be cleaned by just light scrubbing. Hope I have clarified your doubts. Thanks.

Madam during this lock down period we are unable to get salt and detergent, please let me know any other place to get the same or is there any alternate ingredients to use in the dishwasher. Next, is the salt used in dishwasher the same rock sea salt which we use for cooking. And the detergent many use a mixture of lemon, salt and vinegar put together ( of course properly prepared ).
