Nice to know that your husband is from UP.We are from UP and my daughter is married to a Bengali. Love your videos.Your Bengali makes me smile. Its such a sweet language.
I have used multiple cast iron dosa tawas and found everything very minimal in performance even when price were minimum or maximum. But Indus valley square dosa tawa I have found that it is a masterpiece and you can trust that you will get a crispy fried dosa not burnt for sure. Also you can make sure they are decently bigger dosas too.. If you want you can try a Chengottai dosa iron kallu with ultimate good results but they are very small
Wow...ur thali was simple yet mouth watering 😋...We all love bengali cuisine...I am from Orissa married and settled down in Bengal...when Gobindo Bhog rice was introduced to me it was best...never fail to prepare twice a week.
Good parenting is very important with loving, caring, emotions, respect, feelings, communication, sharing of responsibilities, understanding and all sorts of emotions. Thats how the bond and connect will be build up in the family and they become a happy family.
Love our bengali colourful dishes....my little sister got married in Kanpur this January and I'm residing in Lucknow 😊. I've never tried the tetor dal but going to must try this week. 👍 was planning to buy a small pressure cooker but after watching your video I'm going to drop the idea tp buy stainless steel contura... thanks for the review ❤❤
@HomeHashtagLife Hi dear can u share how's this pan going on now I meant in terms of it's nonstick coating, ease to clean n Life of pan do u honestly recommend to buy one as I'm looking to buy it's 22cm Yellow Wok style small pan n White 24cm pan too. Please if u can really honestly tell is it worth it as per my consciousness by looking I feel coating n pan are ten times better than Indian nonstick category. Thanks ❤❤
Hi Jaya ji iam waiting for ur video while swipe youtube I saw ur video ur in pink dress thumb nail i thought this one was last week vlog next ok I read 5hrs just posted it's new one immediately i watched the video superb vlog ji thankyou so much
Where to start and where to end?? You never failed to amaze. The cookware, the choice of recipes, the shots, your organised kitchen, and that pan cleaning tip!!! Amazing!! I didn’t know you are Bengali 😅 I will try that prawn recipe for sure. Thank you sooo much. You promised a kitchen tour, yaad hai na?
The effort, thought, and planning that went into creating the work, script, and concept can sometimes feel unrewarding without comments or feedback from subscribers like you. Feeling extremely fortunate. Thank you SO MUCH and yes, definitely yaad hai. Thoda time lagega. But I will share. Again, thank you for brightened up my day.
Jaya, lovely round up all kitchen utensils with cooking. Shows functionality of each. I loved mustard gravy bhindi 😊. Maybe I am vegetarian tamilian but love Bong cuisine made in mustard oil😂 and esp veg variety across different courses. Keep such ideas coming. Dutch ovens esp enamelled are best because it can be used for acidic cooking as well. Chipping, scratch happens with use. There is always a satisfaction finally on use. Also, in my exp Meyer Dosa cast iron tawa stands best. Say this because, as much as am J about stovetop cooking😊, this tawa is working fine on glass top electric burners for me, living in Austria.
Hello Jaya Loved everything about this video. Kudos 👏 I always wanted to ask you about the cooktop you are using, especially i have the same burners and those are all tilted due to heat and it doesn't fit properly and the gas passes out. So do you have any idea how to ix this?
Simply loved the Thali. Very tempting. Loved your steel n cast iron collection. I also had an eye for the dutch oven but now dropped the idea after coming to know that the enamel coating is not good for health and yes its super expensive too. Your chotu iron pan is too cute. I'll buy one.

Hi Jaya, Thanks for yet another lovely video. Throughly enjoyed watching it despite being an eggiterian... Jaya can you please tell me where you picked the red white utensil with red flowers inside and has handles tat you used for washing the veggies mixing the veggies etc. it’s very pretty.
Dear Jaya.. I was looking/ searching for a stainless steel kadai.. triply You have shown 2 variants here.. Which one you found the best. .. ?? The one you mentioned whose handles do not warm up soon.. The Stahl one or the Vinod one... I want one to make ghee n other dishes.. Hope you ans my question plz.. I too have recently purchased a stainless steel cooker from Prestige... but i think that too is sandwiched bottomed... I hope it lasts long... lets see.. Loves your video to the T. Take care n love.
Hi.. i have both Bergner and Meyer.. they dont heat up in normal use. I am using them for the past 4 years. Price is high but they are definitely worth it. Food almost never sticks to the bottom and even if it sticks it is very easy to clean. Another thing i need to mention is, I regularly use only metal spoons but there are only very few marks. No one will believe if i say i use it daily for the past 4 years. Ps: this is my honest opinion based on my personal experience. Not promotion or advertisement. I bought those with my own money. And happy to recommend.
Zeroing down on one will be a bit difficult. I have Kadhai from all these brands. As Ramalakshmi said, I too use metal spoons. Though I have seen many small holes/spots on the Sthal's surface compare to Vinod ones. You can try Meyer or Bergen too.
As usual a fabulous informative video for a homemaker who loves to putter around her kitchen 😊...have a query though...can you share the source of your chopping board stand and the cute cat lid holder? Thanks in advance 😇
Hi Jaya what a mind relaxing video n at the same time encourages me to do house chores with grt motivation thanks for ur videos please go on posting ur videos The BGM ESPECIALLY is very soothing 👌👌👍👍
