Made this recipe and I let it cool for the appropriate amount of time and it was still liquid, so I figured I had to cook it more. I ended up cooking it on medium-high heat for probably around 25-30 minutes total (on and off, checking consistency, etc) and I chilled it for the 4+ hrs and it turned out perfect!!

A trick it is to use a wood pin to stick the middle of the pudding to check if its ready, be very delicate. But don't overcook or it will taste like eggs
