    성공해서 벌써 두번이나 해먹었는데 전 단거 좋아해서 설탕 4스푼 넣었음 구멍도 안생기고 완전 맛있어여(바닐라익스트렉 넣으면 더맛있음)그리고 시럽에서 자꾸 실패하는 분들 설탕이랑 물 한번에 넣고(전 흰설탕씀)갈색될때까지 젓지말고 약불에서 계속 끓인담에 불끄고 물 한스푼 넣으셈 이렇게하면 실패할 확률 더 적어요

    Made this recipe and I let it cool for the appropriate amount of time and it was still liquid, so I figured I had to cook it more. I ended up cooking it on medium-high heat for probably around 25-30 minutes total (on and off, checking consistency, etc) and I chilled it for the 4+ hrs and it turned out perfect!!

    When you pour the pudding liquid to the sugar water and it seperates, it blows my mind 😵 it shows how delicate you cook. Mine would probably gets mixed at an instant.

      its easy to keep the caramel from mixing with the pudding batter if you simply cool the cups before adding in the pudding batter! though it doesnt seem like they used that method here

    The appearance and the process of making pudding kind of reminds me of leche flan, except the shape (because its oval). Oh and you should try making leche flan! Its delicious (i never tried pudding before but i might make it in the future.)

      Hii we also call it leche flan here and whenever I see pudding in media I always wonder if leche flan and pudding is the same bc 1) they both have that caramel on top and 2) is filled with sugar and 3) their both soft and melts immediately in ur mouth

    어제 만들어서 오늘 먹었어요! 다행히 계란찜은 안됐네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 시럽 만들때 물 넣었더니 설탕이 다 엉겨붙어서 조금 고생했지만 덕분에 맛있는 푸딩 만들 수 있어서 감사합니다~! 자주 해먹으려고요!

    Not sure if this means anything outside the US but pudding using eggs to thicken is called custard here. Pudding using other thickeners is called pudding... I for one love custard!

    긴가민가하면서 만들었는데 성공했어요!!
    계란찜 될 줄 알았더니 부들부들 푸딩 그 자체🥹💗 대신 설탕물을 너무 졸인 것 같아 다음에는 타이밍을 잘 잡아야 할 것 같아여😂 집에서 푸딩을 만들 수 있어진 것만으로도 만족합니당!!

    I have just prepared this thing and here's something I want to say.
    It needs much more time to cook than mentioned or even some other cooking method. I cooked it in a pot on steam as shown for something like 15 minutes instead of 8 and on high heat, but the puddings turned out half-liquid.
    However, the solid part turned out pretty tasty

      This is slightly different than Flan though. Leche Flan shares The same methods as the Spanish version which this one in the video is like the Japanese version, Purin.
      The ingredients are slightly different but the biggest difference is Purin tries not to get any air onto the mix, achieving a smoother texture. That's why a mesh strainer was used as well as a dish towel to prevent direct heat!

    A trick it is to use a wood pin to stick the middle of the pudding to check if its ready, be very delicate. But don't overcook or it will taste like eggs
