The idea that you can produce a series of this quality (your videos, not the flippin’ awful ’Rings of Power’) and it only pick up an extra one or two thousand subscriberw over the past month is not believable. Dark forces are indeed at play.

Channels like this get a screener like a week or so ahead of broadcast. I know Screencrush does. I'm guessing Charlie does too. That way, they can produce content like this while the iron is still hot, so to speak.

It's difficult to parody Rings of Power because it's already a parody of itself. This is as good as it gets though. I don't know why the staff is important. Gandalf went through a lot of them. He had at least two broken in Lord of the Rings and at least one in The Hobbit. He ended up with a loaner from the Radagast. The power is in the wizard and the staff is just a focus. I think any old stick will do. You could probably use a pencil.
The staff stuff is plain filler plot 😁. These guys from RoP really need to go to Ollivander's as fast as possible 😅. Naruto's filler episodes are more amusing than Am4zon's.

I really enjoyed the scene with Tom Bombadil and Gandalf over the forest of sticks. It was a nice change of pace. Instead of badly mirroring better scenes from the Lord of the Rings films, the series badly mirrored a scene from the Empire Strikes Back. Next episode: Gandalf runs off to not-Cloud City to rescue his friends from a masked warrior servant of a dark wizard that bears no resemblance to a Sith lord.

Where does it say he didn't trust Bombadil in the books? He just says that it would be unwise to try to give him the ring. Not because he's dishonest or evil, just because he is entirely above what he sees as trivial and temporary matters like the ring and Middle Earth. He would just forget it or lose it, not like he would try to steal it for himself or hand it over to Sauron. "Not trusting him" implies that he is a villain or something. Gandalf just recognizes that he would not be a safe keeper for the ring, and probably wouldn't even accept it. It never implies there is anything evil or remotely dishonest about Bombadil.

He would just forget it or lose it, not like he would try to steal it for himself or hand it over to Sauron. "Not trusting him" implies that he is a villain or something. Gandalf just recognizes that he would not be a safe keeper for the ring, and probably wouldn't even accept it. It never implies there is anything evil or remotely dishonest about Bombadil.
