For me that is the problem with this ride, it's long on a small place like all Phantasialand coasters and because of that too wild making me somewhat nauseous.
I know its subjective. I miss the times I could ride anything lol.
This ride is a real one-of-a-kind. It's defenitely one of the best (if not the best) rollercoasters I have ever been on. The part that I like most is that overbank turn, it takes only a second but the seat throws your body into so many positions, amazing.

I haven't tried this one but I have just tried Gotham City Escape, in Warner Park in Madrid, Spain. From what I see in this video both rides are similar, but Gotham has more airtime and a complete straight inversion for a few seconds. The restraint is only a lapbar with no shoulder bars, and even if you fit it tightly it still gives out a bit, so you feel like you are gonna fall off your seat. All this combined with putting my hands up has been the best ride of my whole life!
A rare ride, that just doesn't rely on punishing layout, but has wonderful visuals as well. I really like it. .. thanks Robb and the team.
Phantasialand is known for it's theming.
For example :They spend 22 Million on Black Mamba, 11 Million for the coaster and the other 11 Million for the theming.

Germany is so lucky to have so many incredible parks, even beyond Phantasialand and Europapark
It was built by Intamin, a Swiss company, but technically multi national. But yeah, this is a cracking coaster and I imagine most parks would love to have something similar....

You should try this ride when it gets dark. The lighting and fog seem like they were made for the evening/night. They make this ride even more amazing than it already is.

I can't understand why other theme parks can't figure out what Phantasialand did. If you don't have the space to build up, just make it fast and compact. If smaller parks had the brains to do that, they'd be a lot more successful.
Maybe because smaller theme parks don't have a budget of ~30 million dollars..?
yeah but i doesn't need to cost that much, just use the idea and make something cool and you're good to go
Roburic Yes, it does cost that much. All these items have to be custom made then built in the park. We’re talking millions of dollars here
i know it costet 35 million euro's but if a smaller park choose to place a small version of taron (with other theming offcourse) than i think it's possible

Even with no inversions, this ride looks so satisfying. The theming is spot on too 🙏🏼

WHY IS THIS SO GOOD
Yes, it really doesn't look that great. But please believe me, this ride is incredible. In real life, this thing is way faster than it looks on camera. Keep in mind this is actually the fastest and longest Intamin multi launch coaster in the world! Also, many Americans forget that this coaster has next generation trains with lapbars, with this, every turn is amazing. And don't forget the amazing theming, onrides really don't show how it is to be in this beautiful themed area with its many near misses. Don't judge if you've never ridden it!
Due to Intamins new watercooled lsm launch system, the lsm motor can put out a bonkers ammount of power translating to the "most intense lsm launch worldwide", as advertised by the park. Furthermore, it has a super unexpected 2nd launch which doesn't just give you "a bit more speed", but rather really pushes you back into your seat and holds you there for the remaining elements to come. The coaster is also amazingly themed (that's the specialty of Phantasialand; they do it so well
Yeah, that second launch really surprised me, I thought it would be a bit of a boost like on Helix (especially at the speed you enter it), but it was actually super intense
We take our students here every year on a school trip and this has been the best ride in the park since it opened. Literally takes your breath away!

Rode Taron 43 times in about 8 months. 24 times in my last visit alone. Amazingly the ride keeps getting better, for me.

This just goes to show that theming and scenery is KEY for a great coaster experience. Next time anybody says to me that theming doesn't matter on a ride, I'm just going to show them this video.

I was lucky to get two rides on Taron last year.
I fell in love with this coaster after only one of them. The first launch, the little airtime hills, the intensity of the train powering over the tracks and then that insane second launch, I can't even stress just how much I love this coaster.
I came out shaking and unable to speak, with a big smile on my face. Taron is the type of coaster I've been searching for ever since I got into coasters. I don't live too close to Phantasialand, but close enough to visit once each year.
And I will do it again this year, if I can. Can't wait for more rides on this insane baby xP
Inverts are so over-rated. Give me speed and smooth banks plus G-force any day of the week.

@@echt114 Wait for the new theme area "Rookburgh" in Phantasialand, they're building there the rollercoaster "F.L.Y." which will be the first Flying Launch Coaster worldwide and the longest Flying Coaster in the world with even better theming than Taron!

I just did it today and it was awsome!!! When you see it on videos, you think it's soft. But there are so many sensations! It's definitely one of the best roller coaster I know!

I was there last weekend and I did the Taron 4 times in a row...man I couldn't get enough of it!!! This was the best time of my life. Phantasialand has so many good attractions...Chiapas was the best water attraction I ever did. I just love that themepark!!! Taron is AMAZING!

I gotta say this is one of the most impressive decorated rollercoasters I have ever seen on youtube. Mostly its just the track and a few trees but omg you get a full tour. Super impressive ride and much longer then I thought it would be.

Phantasia land is such an amazing theme park, I love it
I think this coaster combines two characteristics that are rarely found individually on a coaster, but close to impossible to combine:
a) It surprises you - it's closed off enough that you never know what's coming three seconds in the future, but it's not so punishing that this could be scary.
b) It's immersive - no matter when you look around, there's coaster everywhere around you, despite the short sightlines.

You'll deffo be hollering! It's such an amazing ride. The tight turns, the fast paced direction changes making you swing from one side to the other are simply exhilarating. And that second launch is just...wow!
This ride is defenently the best i've ever been on! How small it looks now but how it is so big in real life! The first launch feels amazing, but the second.. thats like.. it also sounds like a Ferrari! If you get in Phantasia land, you should try this!! Love from Belgium!!❤

What an awesome roller coaster, I like the How they utilized every cm of available space for the track. The fact you cannot see where it goes nor ends adds a another dimensjon to the roller coaster. That second launch looks totally sick.
I’ve ridden it 4 times and everytime it reminds me of why it is my favorite rollercoaster.
I'm going to Germany this year with my school and we r going here I'm soooooo excited it should be a blast !!!!

Love this ride. Went on it last weekend. The video's on RUclips are cool, but lack the adrenaline you get from the launches and (tight) turns. Really an impressive coaster, like the others in the park. Can't wait for F.L.Y!
