To be honest i am afraid of hights and this is the one and only freefall tower i have EVER been on and i absolutely loved the feeling it gave! Still think i will not ride any other freefalltower wich is not inside....
I think the acoustics of the room really add to the atmosphere. Even if you're not screaming your head off, a lot of other people will be and you are certainly gonna hear it echoing everywhere.
I went on it and it was the most intens theme park ride I've ever been on in my life, way way crazier than the biggest rollercoasters. The thing is that the first time I went on it, I had no idea. Apparently there are a few settings and when it was my first time, it was set on the most intens setting. When you go shoot down all the sudden, the lights go out and what you say, the insanely loud sounds, the amount of force that is used to SHOOT you down, not fall, SHOOT down, is insane. I almost pissed myself thinking I was about to die, smashing into the ground. BEST and most intens attraction I have ever been on in my life.
I went in this monster twice yesterday. The best thing is that you barely have to queue for it, it's a hidden gem most people don't know. First time it was 3 minutes, the second time like 15-20 and we were in. Crazy amazing ride

I absolutely love when the professor says: „Be strong when you meet evil … up there … in the tower of Mystery Castle!“ and then they shoot you up in to the darkness. The feeling is just so amazing! I also love that they only shoot you up half way the first time and that already feels extreme. Once he says: „When you meet evil up there …“ they shoot you up all the way and it feels insaaaaaane because it yanks you up in the most intense way in absolute darkness. So cool!
This is one of my most favourite rides of all time. I absolutely love it! Its almost like a haunted mansion and a drop tower in one. Its very scary, its very loud and very forceful. The atmosphere is great. Its a perfect ride, even though its short. I wish they maybe update the air pressure capacity, so that it is able to run for longer time. It is for sure the best drop tower attraction on earth. The soundtrack is also amazing!
I love it simply because it is special. With its 83 metres and the darkness, that makes it special, but the driving characteristics are very special. Unlike a normal tower that pulls you up and then drops you, this drop tower can accelerate up and down :D And it does this very quickly, so be prepared if you want to get in there Hahahahahaha :D
@@PyroSalut yes but that’s only half of what you said lmao the other half isn’t really true I wasn’t invalidating the part about the darkness lol that part is awesome

I've been to quite a few theme parks by now and when it comes to the theming, nothing comes close to Phantasialand. Every inch of the park is decorated nicely and the rides fit perfectly into the different settings. Biggest problem they have is space. They basically can't fit any new rides in anymore.
