It’s not really part of the culture to haggle there. Probably on the same level as the United States. If it’s a mom and pop shop the owner might give you a little discount for buying in bulk, but you’re not going to be able to haggle half the price off like in China.
I’ve never seen a claw machine where the claw opens as soon as it retracts up 😅 - Don’t get me wrong they’re all rigged, But these ones just a little bit more lol.

they are designed to be rigged lol.. its like a gambling slot machine, once it reaches a certain payout, adds your chance of winning. But colins way of thinking is smart tho, not sure if machine ops took that into consideration.

I just watched a video on how claw machines are rigged. the claw learns the weight of the items. they can customize how much power the claw can retain. they also can set how much money the machine can bring in before it allows a winner. I had no idea about any of that haha.

Claw machine tip: with the machines, you grab the end of the product that is far away from the drop hole. So it swings towards the hole, not swing backwards.
Definitely recommend the Framework brand laptops. They're made with upgrading/replacing parts in mind. One one screw type/size in the whole laptop - and everything is clearly labeled and easy to replace. It very well could be the last laptop you ever need to buy. I wrapped it with skins for dbrand for customization.
Watch for the claw arm brackets above the claws and wire that are bent back to the rear... It flicks the item back onto the pile when it closes on to it. The one you won two drinks had the claw arm straight down. 🙂
Hey @collinabroadcasting, I'm sure people have probably mentioned this.. It takes 5 seconds to install ram, they shouldn't have to charge for it. Also, speed of ram is more important, to limit bottlenecking your gpu/cpu. The laptop sounds awesome, the battery drain super fast and will run hot. btw, love your content
Appreciate it! Luckily it was the same RAM speed, I didn't check. As far as battery, it's pretty decent. Also got a laptop cooler for it. Been an awesome set up so far! Thanks for commenting

Born and raised in NYC but spent many summers in Taipei. Def overpaid for that subway, it depends on how far you travel between stations. Being back old memories love the video !
Hey brother, the claw machine in TAIWAN, you gotta shake the stick so the claw swings.. and time the claw in a certain way and tempo.. the claw will release stuff throwing it to the hole instead of throwing it back inside.For example 1 is towards you and 2 is inside, swing the claw 1 2 1 2 1 2 1 2 when it grabs the item on 2 it throws stuff inside, when you grab the item on 1 it throws item out. and press the claw button second time so the claw can close instead of waiting it to full grab the product. so you can pinch the item instead of grabbing whole item and throwing it in.. NICE VIDEO BTW
The more I watch of these, the more I would rather just buy things online. I bought the same purple laptop sleeve for $2 USD a few weeks back from Lazada
About the subway ticket: above the touchscreen on the ticket machine there will be a map, the number on each station is the ticket price in relation to the station you are in. So just search for your destination and that will be the price.
collin i use to work for a arcade company if the tension and timing is not set right you will never win. so try once and move on bro. now they do have smart claws in vegas that is controlled by a circuit board that is random like a slot. i don't know about the chinese games with i phones and ear phones only old school claws. hope this helps and love your content
