    Please show easier ways to move on a bed with cotton sheets. The cotton creates friction that makes it difficult to move body and legs.

      Change the sheets, or pajamas to silk. That really is the easiest way. You most not change both the pajamas and sheets though, too slippy. One or the other.

    This is a great video but why oh why does the ad that comes on first have to be: "How to open your car door when sinking into a lake" ?!?!?!?!? Great God -- we have enough stress! Oh well, trying to laugh about it.

    My husband has Parkinson since 2010 he had deep brain surgery in 2018. He is using medicines sinamet 7 times a day.
    He sometimes can’t move his body on bed so needs assistance during day and night. He becomes like a paralyzed person. Kindly suggest something.
