You left us physically, but not your legacy, your songs will remain pure natural ecstasy I will listen to your songs till the day I die. Thanks to RUclips your memory shall never die…
At the age of 10, I listened, I learnt, I fell in love. Her voice I have loved will last forever more. There will never be another you. RIP Judith Durham
I'm 32 but was brought up listening to the seekers I loved her voice and her music just beautiful (we'll never find another you) (for the Legend is over we will meet again) Sending love from uk
If you grew up during the 1960's, then you will have seen the Seekers on t.v. It's so sad to hear that Judith Durham has passed away. Her beautiful voice will continue to be heard for many years and the music of the Seekers will never be forgotten. RIP Judith.
I agree what has been said about Judith and I know her family would be very proud of her I still hear the music from the seekers they will never be four gotten
The most perfect, unique, amazing voice, and singer this sad world has seen and heard. The world just lost it's only living angel. Incomparable voice, stunningly beautiful, all class dignity and elegance, a heart of gold with her works for MND , and always with a smile no matter the many personal tragedies and trials. Had a massive crush since 9 years old, I will love you till I die Dear Judith
We can never prepare for the passing of people that leave their mark on our heart. Judith I grew up with your voice. Your music has been with me through good times and bad and Your passing has cut me deeply Thank you for the beautiful music you shared with us over the years You are a true Aussie icon and your music will live on for generations to come. I supose in reality for you The carnivale is over but there never be another you. Rest in peace 🙏😭🙏
1966 Georgy Girl, is the best for me, I still remember my older sister and I loved to sing that beautiful song... such a great singer, and pianist... R.I.P...
Like most young guys of my age, fell in love with Judith and that voice in my teenage years. As the years passed and the music continued, kept hearing that voice so much in my head. Time went by and I became deaf, so no longer able to hear the sounds of the Seekers. Yet a miracle happened, and after a cochlear implant the sounds gradually returned, not quite the same but... Then discovered the Seekers were giving a final concert at the Albert Hall. What a wonderful time, and lovely music. Farewell Judith from one who was able to recapture the sounds from all those years ago (now approaching 80)
Sorry to read of the passing of Judith Durham, that great lady. She was unique. There was nobody with a voice like hers, or a sound like theirs. But I think what made them sound so different was that they were not British or American, but Australian, plus she had a voice from heaven. Too many people dismissed them as easy listening as they only got to hear a handful of their hits. But they made great albums that were more musically versatile. I would like to thank the group for their very important contribution to the music world. Her voice was like bells. God bless Judith.
As primary school students in assemblies our music Teacher would sing and we would learn and sing I’ll never find another you. Singing her songs is good for the heart and soul as young as we were back in the early 70s and singing still as old as we are now. She did have a voice of an Angel and we were blesssd singing along and imitating her voice and telling the narrative 🙏 Rest In Peace Judith.
This news makes me very sad. I always admired you, as you were an excellent singer, pianist, as well as a wonderful ambassador for Australia. Thank you very much Judith for your beautiful songs, which will continue to accompany me for the rest of my life. You will always live in our hearts. Rest in peace.
Like thousands of others I am saddened with these news. I have first listened to Judith and the Seekers in 2018 but since then her extraordinary voice has been part of my daily life. RIP
Sunday night and about to go to bed when I heard the news on RUclips....Devasted!! I've loved this lady from the earliest days. . Nothing I can say that hasn't already been said, except Judith will be missed by her many millions of fans. I suffer the same lung problems, and as a former musician, found the going very difficult. But she suffredf in many other ways over the years, and how she coped with it all and still managed to retain her voice, charm, personality, good humour and that special magic - always with her warm smile - is beyond any understanding. A remarkable lady indeed. Thank you Judy and "the boys" for many years of honest pleaure.
Monday: The sad news of Judith Durham has now been compounded on hearing of another Aussie songstress - Olivia Newton John. For the UK as well as Australia, the passing of these two icons is hard to bear, and we're not likely to see their likes again in this generation. What these two ladies had in abundance was their personalities that shone through every one of their performances. Personally, I found Grease to be one of those naff, teeny-type musical rom-coms, but with one great song; but Olivia made it a classic. Judith was diferent in many respects - a great all-genre vocalist and pianist that has largely gone unknown. It was The Seekers that brought Judith to fame, and The Shadows that brought Olivia to fame. A sad time now for all concerned.
Judith had a beautiful voice. I loved to listen to her. Now she is singing with the heavenly chorus. R.i.P. Judith and thanks for making many of us smile.
R. I P she will be missed all over the world but specially in the🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 Voice will be heard from the gates of heaven and she will it mess terrible sleep well thank you for your wonderful voice and your great band will miss you so much and you’re music will carry on forever and ever I will keep watching you for a long long time to come and your memories will always be with us❤️❤️❤️

An angelic voice now gone to be with angels. Thank you dear Judith for so often filling my soul with joy. My thoughts are with all those who will now miss a very dear friend. Rest in peace.
I saw The Seekers' live performance in Hong Kong in 2008. They are such a great folk singing group. Very sad to hear the sad news. Thank you for bringing us so many beautiful songs. I'll play this songs from time to time and I'm sure these will last through many generations.
As a child growing up in the Bronx, NY I can remember only one or two Seeker tunes played on the radio. I liked them. During the pandemic I revisited those tunes and discovered my favorite group. What I liked about the Seekers was that each band member did not overshadow the others. They blended perfectly. Since rediscovery, I have listened to just about all their music. They were at least as good as the best groups that came out of the sixties. With respect to Judith, she was not only an angelic singer, she was also an outrageous rag time, classical and jazz pianist. Check out her utube videos. RIP Judith. Ya done well, real well. Thanks to utube because thru utube Judith, The Seekers, and other fine performers will live on after they expire
RIP Judith you were a national treasure and a great ambassador for Australia as all the Seekers were. You had the voice and the soul of an Angel and they will be loving having you in Heaven. I will Miss you along with millions of other's around the world just an amazing talent, only rivalled by Karen Carpenter.
This was the music being played at one of my leaving England parties for Tasmania - down under-early 1968. For me the carnival was about to begin in Hobart. R.I.P Judith-sing now with the 😇
