glad you like the setup! more sound makes a huge improvement to the experience of our cars. i’ve been running my new exhaust setup for like a month and it feels like a whole new car
Always good to let the car roll a little back and forth before taking measurements because the tires get stuck/loaded when dropping it. Awesome to see someone sharing first time attempts and projects! Best way to learn.
Just now seeing this as I'm debating springs vs coilovers.. fitment looks amazing bro! I think coilovers it is (though I may have to downsize my 15mm spacers). Great video! 🍻
thank you man! coilovers are definitely better than springs. if i could do it again, i’d buy new and probably a different brand or model, perhaps bilstein, that has a system developed with more focus for our chassis and linear spring in the front. if you don’t get one that comes with top hats/camber plates, i’d do camber plates at the same time. it’s a harder install when reusing stock top hats
Crazy video and the fitment looks amazing bro 🔥 I’m actually gonna go back to my stock comp springs because I keep destroying front lips and scraping with my M4 in NYC streets here 🙄 Looking forward to your next exhaust video!
Thank you sir! Big appreciate the comment. Rolling on NYC roads must be tough. Have you considered a HAS kit? You could theoretically drop it lower than stock then dial in the height to get the clearance you need
Hey man awesome video, 2 questions. Did you end up having to do an alignment after installing? And did the spacers change how the car handles? I’ve heard horror stories about them
absolutely need alignment after. good spacers mounted correctly won''t cause an issue - look for hubcentric ones. BMW race team uses fat spacers on their cars
Hey man what are your thoughts on the suspension almost a month later? Would love to hear your feedback on any changes of feel and drive. Or if you think it was worth it. I daily my f82 and it’s currently on stock edc AST springs and spacers. Been looking at these as a potential upgrade
@@goldenshark1001 I've actually had them on for 2 or 3 months now. I love the adjustability of them - ride height, compression, and rebound. I haven't figured out the exact compression and rebound setting I like for street, but they are much stiffer than stock. It will be more or less noticeable depending on your road quality. For spirited driving, they're amazing, with near zero body roll. If you plan to just mostly street driving they are the best coilover for that (or the comparable bilsteins). if you're going to do more track events, then it might be worth going up a tier
harbor freight! tool box is US General, most hand tools are Icon including the torque wrench. The power tools are all milwaukee, which can be bought from home depot, ace hardware, or online
Went from watching these videos to having my own M4
love that!
Exactly how I felt while installing downpipes came back the next day and finished the job. Resonated downpipes and comp exhaust is perfect

10mm Front and 12.5mmm Rear in my perspective looks great and safe..Good job!
Thanks! 👍
Glad you stuck through with it. Looks great!
Thank you! Appreciate the comment. It had some challenges, but that's what made it a great experience

@@f82regpaq yep, I'm thinking the b16's to keep edc for the misses lol. Can't wait to lose that front wheel gap.
Music reminded me of Gran Turismo. Awesome!!👍🏽👍🏽

my v3s are about to come in. what settings did you leave it at? im going to daily mine for streets
I just run their recommended settings for street, and then two clicks from full for both compression and rebound on the track
Let him cook!
