This judge is not only clueless as to sov cit word salad, he seems to be ignorant of courtroom law as well. The defendant denied who he was, he allowed someone who was not a lawyer to speak for someone who, according to him, wasn't there and didn't go through the colloquy with him. That judge should have been at least that much up on the laws. I wonder if he is getting senile, in which case he shouldn't be on the bench at this time.

A bench warrant would take time and resources to complete and it would mean him sitting in jail even if it was done. Now if he actually didn't show up at all that would be different. What the judge should have done is demand an answer if he was the defendant. If he doesn't answer yes or no then hold him in contempt.

Every judge should do what I saw Judge Washington do: sovcidiot would not say he was the defendant, so the judge refused to speak to him and ordered a warrant for the defendant's arrest due to failure to obey the court's summons.

Best shutdown of this bollocks was with a judge (forget the name) who asked the "special representative" if he was a qualified lawyer, if not then you cannot represent anyone. Also if the accused isn't in court today then a bench warrant will be issued. Amazingly the "special representative" suddenly became the accused. 😂😂😂

The best way for a Judge to get through this BS, is to say if Mohammed Idris has not appeared in this lawful hearing, then a contempt charge should be entered and a warrant issued for arrest. Then any hearing henceforth, is "in person" only. That way, if the "estate" shows up instead of Mohamed Idris, hold him in a detention cell until Mohamed Idris decides to show up for court..😁

What a frustrating piece of work this guy was! I was thinking that when he was asking the judge if he had power of attorney, he was attempting to ask about jurisdiction, like all the other sovcidiots argue. I don't know. He was just ridiculous. It's so frustrating just to watch this - I cannot imagine having to actually deal with it first hand. You were right, OSG, that prosecutor was a rock star. He managed to get this whole ordeal back on track. Good for him! I look forward to seeing him in action again in August with this guy. I have a feeling "MR." I OBJECT is going to get shut right down and put in his place once and for all! (Fingers crossed)
    Love and Peace, OSG 💜
