RIP, Patricia Janečková!
Sang this some years ago and performed many times. This Kyrie is such a beautiful piece to sing as a bass. Love it. The memories!! ❤❤
RIP to Patricia Janeckova (soprano), gone so soon
Very high and inspired performance. Not so easy to find something like that around. Congratulations!
Nice use of chat GPT jack, LOL
Jaké krásné šaty má Patrizia! Jak roztomilá je na tomto koncertě.
Krása Patricie je perle koncertu.
A samozřejmě.
Patricia opět všem ukázala svůj nejlepší soprán na světě.
krásné vibrato (osanna)
Nejlepší Crucifixus.
Milujeme tě Patricia.
Bravo!
Gracias.
One of the best performances of the work I have heard. I cannot think why I haven't come across it here before now. . Well done to all but an especial mention to Monika Jagerova, the alto. Stunning voice. . But all performers were excellent. Beautifully balanced between the light-heated verging on the jocular sections and the tender beautiful ones
She is a fabulous singer. It is really a crime that she isn't more well known.
What an excellent choir!
Absolutely electrifying and glorious. Thank you xx❤
We can't see the face of the angel who is playing the harmonium. Darn. And well done too.
A great joy I had was playing the piano part for my university choir’s performance of the Cum Sancto Spirito movement from this Mass last year. I had such a fun time and love this piece! It was actually my first substantial introduction to Rossini other than snippets from the operas as a kid.
Afterwards
It's a lovely work lightly and typical Rossini; I follow the music with my. Partituur
The messa is a little too long.
But it is replete with individual beautiful moments.
@@andreybekh8445 Haha: "a little too long" - therefore P e t i t e messe solennelle ... Rossini had a very strange humour!
@@elmabulut857 Maestro's modesty. Some passages were written under very strong inspiration.
didn’t think only about the singers.
It's hard to stand for two hours.
I only care about Patricia.
I have no doubt that it is now the most amazingly beautiful voice on the planet.
@@andreybekh8445 Don't care about Patricia! You are completely right: she is the best, the most beautiful and most seductive singer on the planet. But she is also young, and the most time during the 87 minutes of the performance she is sitting on a chair.

Was depression.
It was visible.
I don't know what happened to her there.
Thank God she's okay now.
❤Janechkova
a master piece indeed

So beautiful.. healing voices and delicate organ and piano. Thank you guys, good to see you are OK and coming back.
Golden words!
Patricia. This is the third concert in this short time.
The most beautiful girl in the world.
There is a video on the network of her humming a popular song and sewing masks ...
There is nothing more beautiful.
Just beautiful!
Sublime!
Bravi!!!!!!!!!!!!
❤
Clever Maestro Rossini.....do I hear strains of Mozart yet also presaging Faure?
Delightful performance! Sadly the antics of the Alto in the middle of the back row when not singing were something g of a distraction.
Geist, Witz und Brillianz.

Great performance! Except for the lady in the center of the top row who 1. Didn’t have the sense to leave her sunglasses off-stage 2. Rested her head on her hands half the time 3.Was looking sideways or off-stage half the time 4. Was obviously totally disinterested in being there.
And if you watch her at top of screen, as the first soloist perform, it looks like she’s chewing gum!
@@lindaj5492 How many ways do *you* know how to spell unprofessional? LOL
Probably concerned about how she'd lost her expensive glasses?

Why piano ?
@elizabethharland-hazebroek7413 The original work was composed for piano and harmonium like presented here. Later a version with full orchestra appeared.
Rossini was living in France at the time with a lady friend. When this work became known to the pope it was immediately opposed because women were not allowed to sing in Catholic religious ceremonies. Rossini was well established and had nothing to fear and went ahead. The premiere took place at a castle in France belonging to an admirer of the composer and Rossini picked a musical Jewish director just as an irony to the pope.

Да
I've never seen a conductor conduct a masked lone pianist before, with a fricken harmonica or acordian or whatever the f*** that was.
It's called a harmonium.
@@thomashogan4908 Earth to Thomas, it was a joke comment.
And how on God's earth would anyone think that was a "joke comment"?@@donaldlidman8670
