Girl you had literally the complete romcom wedding episode. The dressmaking time limit, the cancelation, the spontaneous get married moment, the small ceremony. That's crazy.

Luci's billing in the end credits is brilliant! 😂 Remember that time when loads of people thought his name was Giovanni or something. Turns out Luci is an actor!
This video like the last one makes me so happy. It kind of reminds me of the movie Little women in some ways. There is this positive energy and harmony. Like a sense of unterstanding each other and being relaxed like you only do when you're all women. Friendships like this and especially between women are so underrepresented in media and I don't know why but it just makes me feel so at peace with myself. It just brings out so much self love in me. Like all these doubts I have about myself, like we all do sometimes, they just vanish.

The waist on this dress is a big highlight for me. The word gusset is heinous. I'm the tiniest bit devastated I didn't get to wear the dress I bought specially for the wedding, so I wore it for my 10th anniversary with Chris - but in honouring true Annika style, I will be rewearing it for the wedding and cannot WAIT TO PARTYYYYYYYY
Absolutely Gorgeous!!! The best thing about your wedding is triumph over adversity with the help of true friends, dearest lovers, and clear thinking!! So happy for you both.
I feel the pain of using satin. I decided to make bias binding out of satin to make ‘tubes’ for fairy wings for my HSC. Also, ‘godet’ is pronounced ‘goday’
I'm cackling because I got married 25 years ago and I fell in love one of skater's Nancy Kerrigan's Vera Wang skate outfits. I had never seen anything like it before (now it is a common silhouette). I also decided my grandmother should make the bridesmaid's dresses. I found two patterns that sorta merged to be the right look but couldn't find any sheer fabric with stretch. Grandma got sewing and the arms were impossible.- they couldn't life their arms at all. The save was a gore!.
I love you guys so much! I'm so happy that you still had a small gathering, even though you wanted something bigger. Your dress is so beautiful!!! Not to mention your friends are too cool!!!!
It's beautiful! I love your lace shawl too! I wore a shawl for my wedding photos too, that a family member hand-knitted for me. I did not make my dress though!

Congrats you two! LOVE how the dress came together...aren't friends wonderful?
Lol how can you not know Lex Luther?!? Lol I immensely dislike Superman but even I know of Lex! 😂😂😂 poor Luciano!
I’m glad you guys decided to be safe than sorry and got married even without the rings and before the restrictions. Take care, stay safe and work on your outtros 😂💖👍
Ahhhhh your dress and wedding turned out beautifully!!! And I love that you had seats for the bridal party-that’s such a good idea!
I thought I'd be OK watching this, as I already knew you got the dress finished, and got married (albeit not quite as planned!) But no, I still got all tearful and sniffly! Thanks for sharing this journey with us. Here's to a long and happy marriage for you two x
We postponed our wedding from April to October 🤞🏻🤞🏻 you looked lovely!!
I feel the pain of using satin. I decided to make bias binding out of satin to make ‘tubes’ for fairy wings for my HSC.
Also, ‘godet’ is pronounced ‘goday’
I’m a year late but happy wedding and congratulations, Annika!!!
You look so incredibly pretty in the post-game review! Real 40s/50s wifey vibes!
A small thing but I really appreciate how through your Captions/subtitles are. They make a huge difference and add to your wonderful content :)
I love this so much. It's so honest and real and raw. Thank you for sharing
Great series Annika!! Later in life you have such great stories and memories on video to share with your family and friends! How romantic. 💚🌻💓
I had to move my wedding up by a day in March because of the pandemic, we got married early too!
