No Hit Challenge Playlist: ruclips.net/p/PL5SwsDGcTXkz-EJzeF2omOqw_5nbYrkeo Extremely proud of this run! For these challenges, I am defining a "hit" as when an enemy or stage hazard deals damage to the player character. Additionally, for Dawn of Sorrow, I decided to disallow Final Guard and Blocking Mail.
This is ridiculous, to do it speed run style, such aggressiveness for a no hit, amazing. Other speed runners are lucky Jupiter does only Castlevania games.
I watched the vod of this run this morning. I think there were a few butt-clenching moments; I really got invested in the run! Congrats on the great playthrough.
Wow! That was awesome! You had some close calls there, the stolas summon at the end would have been the worst. And I never thought of using Zephyr like that. Congrats!
havent watched the whole thing yet but gotta say this is really cool, plus its nice to have constant commentary despite the amount of focus this probably took
Congrats! Seeing al those atemps and tge evolution of strats like une farm for yorick or using zephyr for the harpy room... I miss the stream because i was working TT_TT
Congratulations, there were moments that made me skip a beat, out of sheer fear that you might take damage, it was riveting aside of the farming sections.
I know this is really late, but dropkicks increase in damage the longer/further you fall - Flying Armor makes you take longer to fall increasing the damage, then Devil is just because Devil broken.
@@sofern2681 I tried to go for something clean and straightforward. My other idea was simply having the box art with "No Hit" text somewhere, which I've seen on other no-hit runs. Plus, this is the only speedrun category where you'll see the Death Scythe super, so nice to show that off. I'll take this feedback on-board for the next No Hit thumbnail (probably SotN).
I'm curious now, have you done a run of Dawn where as soon as you hit the garden you drop the skelerang soul and then use nothing but throwing weapons? It's a different experience.
I only just now realized, since you used a lot of zephyr this run, that even the way the colors go negative when time is stopped could be a Jojo reference.
Totally unrelated to your Speedrun here: Man do I dislike the spritework in Dawn of Sorrow. Everything seems so smeared and I really can't understand why. Is it due to some sort of higher FPS thing or so? Because honestly, Aria of Sorrow, with its way older/lower resolution and overall lesser specced system with the GBA made its sprites look soo much better. It is the main reason why I thoroughly dislike Dawn of Sorrow. Now, on another note, nice run

Ure the best
I’m one of those “just wanna watch the game” kinda people, and boy did I pick a good one to watch! Congratulations!
congratulations! Beating a boss without taking damage is pretty impressive, but the whole game? Now that's just a certified epic gamer moment
so many nail-biting moments in this run! amazing job! super fun watching you crush one of my favorite games from my childhood :)
Probably the most enjoyable run I've ever seen of this game. Congrats.

Never saw someone be so scared of a "Flea" then a speedrunner who does a No Hit run :'D

Finally got around to watching this, and as usual, it was a good watch.
Congratulations, this was very impressive!

Incredible run! Full run, no hit, close calls, but phenomenal play! Fantastic job, my dude! Making us long time Castlevania fans proud!

Same I had no wifi
Dude, this is insane! Congratulations!
I love how the video ends with "I am so happy"
Congrats, jupiter!
Insane, congrats on the run!
Even though I knew going in you didn't get hit, I was still nervous and tense the whole time. Good show.
AWESOME job, man! Congrats
You are so good at this game. Well done
Congrats. Great run. I hope to see the OoE No hit run soon.
Congratulations, there were moments that made me skip a beat, out of sheer fear that you might take damage, it was riveting aside of the farming sections.
Grats man nice run
Absolutely legendary
Best Castlevania player ever!
I'm eager to see Order of Ecclesia and Bloodstained in a distant future
Can't wait to see you demolish the rest of the games like this!
You know, I’d watch a video/stream of you trying to recreate the entire DOS map from memory. That would be fun
Congratulationsss
love u man!
Even I was nervous during the last fight.
Narrator: “0:18 little did he know this is where the grind ends too”
NOOOO I missed the livestream for the run!!!!
lets fucking go bro ggs
I W A S T H E R E
Does a 100% run without getting hit seem insane lol
intended% but chad
So.... Does the flying armor with last second change to devil increase damage on Gergoth?
I know this is really late, but dropkicks increase in damage the longer/further you fall - Flying Armor makes you take longer to fall increasing the damage, then Devil is just because Devil broken.
Awesome content, the thumbnail kinda ehh tho.
This content sells itself, I don't think you need to do much for the thumbnail on a No Hit Run
@@ZuhayrSIslam thumbnails always help. I just think its an ugly thumbnail, this video deserves better

Just updated the thumbnail, hopefully people like this one better.
@@JupiterClimb it looks great
damn u are unstopable
Can anybody explain how he had the rare ring from the start?
Looked it up because was curious too and because he used it in more recent runs, it’s a dual-slot thing if you have Aria plugged into the DS too.
"Learning to like coffee by itself" sounds pretty similar to Stockholm Syndrome to me.

No glitches? *sad Megamind*
No hits? Happy Megamind
you should totally show chat in these videos.
Have you considered speed-running Bloodstained: ROTN?

I understand what you're saying, I personally hate the looks of that underground water area...
