      really great content quality explanations, i'd really appreciate if you do a tutorial on how to do hanging leg raises proper form + progression on hanging leg raises that would be great thanks you guys (hanging leg raises is a must have bodyweight exercise and there is unfortunately no tutorial on it in your channel)

      Hi Calisthenicmovement ! First thanks for the vid and the advices ! Secondly, I would need some advices. Actually I want to know if I can take some muscle mass just by doing every day several sets of push ups (around 100-150) and abs (100-150 as well). ! If yes how much time do you think it would take to get some significant results ? My height is 1.79m and my weight is 65kg so I am very slim. I don't want to go to the gym (at least for now) I'd prefer definitely a training at home or in the Calisthenic kind of way ! Thanks by advance and keep the good work !

    These exercises are so effective!!
    Been doing them every day for a few days and I can already see a MASSIVE difference, I even feel taller. Just had to come back and say thank you! Slowly getting to that straight posture !!

    This video helped me beyond words. I was suffering from Chronic back pain especially the muscles surrounding the spine and scapular region. I had to constantly get chiropractic adjustments and needed a phsio. I tried Yoga, although it gave relief but the pain returned, not even weight training could relieve it. I started doing reverse planks and the other exercises in this video and my pain went away in two days. I am finally training my weak muscles in the back and is changing my life. I am so Grateful that you! made this video. Thank you so much, Alex.

    Your videos are shorter than most other canals but they're more useful. They go straight to the chase and don't make us waste time. I was looking for a video that just shows a few of the best back exercises to incorporate just one into my routine, instead of wasting time watching a dozen different ones that I'll never do. You have earned a subscriber.

      Exactly, I’ve seen people showing 6-10 different exercise to do in a day, that’s way to much and sometbing I won’t stick with, this video is only 3!!! Now that’s something I can stick to every single day

      I agree. When I was a child we had gym classes where they only taught us push exercises that tighten the front of the body. I don't remember learning any posture-corrective exercises.

      I actually just gave a TEDx talk about how Posture used to be a mandatory subject in every school in America.       i cant even get into that reverse bridge ... how can i train myself to get into it? im quite heavy being a bodybuilder as well so its hard to even hold myself up i cant push trough the hips and straighten the lower spine to complete the plank

    Love the reverse plank!
    I did something else that helped with posture, that is I spend time every night lying on my back without a pillow while keeping my knees bent slightly on a firm mattress. Gravity fixes my posture.

    I've seen such an improvement in my posture over the past couple of years. I used to walk around with the collapse posture you showed in the beginning but through exercise I managed to straighten up. I wish I'd found this back then I probably could have done it in half the time. Thanks as always guys. Your videos set the standard for fitness tutorials!

    3 things that helped me:
    1. while standing, hold your breathe in for like 10 seconds automatically fixes your posture
    2. while driving make sure the back of your head always touches the back of the head rest
    and your shoulders touch the seat cushion.
    3. sleep on the floor on your back.

    You guys are really doing a great job. Your videos are progressively more didactic and comprehensive.
    I can acknowledge how useful are the Reverse Plank Bridge and Bent Over Rows for correcting posture. But I have noticed when doing Overhead Presses that for some reason my posture naturally improves as well during the workout.

    I've facing this issue since last many years but even didn't know why this happens. After watched your posture video I come to know about this and really help me a lot cause that neck pain and shoulder pain was very pathetic but now situation is improving from the suggested exercises..

    Plz make a series of vids just like this 1 on improving posture issues like APT, Anterior rotating arms, upper cross syndrome coupled with lower cross syndrome.
    I actually am dealing with these probs. Nd to correct it i prefer u guys out of the other people on the internet bcoz i think ur vids are worth watching, especially fr people like me who want a transformation in their lives really bad but by doing the Right things.

    I got rona 2 years ago and i had to quarantine for 2 weeks alone, laying in bed and playing video games…. My posture got figgity FUCKed up from that, just staying still slumped over all day, and has never really been great since. Now im working on my calisthenics gains straightening my back out 💪 thanks for the instructions my man

    - 1:40 -> Reserve Plank Bridge (2:16 on-wards + 2:45)
    - Arch Ups -> 3:12 + 3:55 + 4:19 (tuck-chin and look to ground + thumbs upwards).

    Fantastic workout all of them. I could not do the reverse plank bridge completely in my first attempt, did 40%- 50% and slowly moved towards 80-90% in a week's time.
    It is frustrating to see how fit this guy is, he is doing this workout effortlessly :) It is not as easy as it looks for everybody out there. Guys, just start somewhere and try increasing the intensity every day. It is amazing and truly worth the effort. Try it for a month and give your feedback here. Thanks for sharing this fantastic video, we appreciate it.

      So this is day one. I've just started and even though I do calisthenics I felt uncomfortable doing the first two exercises. This is my posture now. As I said I will keep this for the next 30 days to see if I will fix my posture.

    This guy is a beast. I consider myself rather active. I play sports on a regular basis. Basketball, swimming, running, you name it. The first reverse plank is freaking hard. After 2 sets, I was sweating like a pig and I can’t get my head back and chest up as high as him at all.

    When doing the Reverse Plank Bridge, do you activate (slightly, almost invisibly bend) your elbows (surrounding muscles) or do you just lock the elbows? Because when I lock them, it feels like they are gonna break in such hyperextension.

      In my case I slightly bend the elbow, too afraid of mess up my arm.

      i lock them and don't feel any issues, but I have trained the straight arm position a bit for planche and stuff so I have good straight arm strength

      Use a broom behind ur back and stretch by swinging ur arms left to right to remove shoulder stifness

      @@fittech3175 USE A BROOMSTICK FFS people can be so ignorant these days. Look it up on youtube. Flexibilty exercices with a stick. Basic training in yoga.

    extremely helpful.....even though i just cant get rid of forward head postures or bad postures....but i love too see these videos.....hoping,,, i can get rid of bad postures one day im currently 25 yrs of age. due to gaming my postures get worsen i think.
