No, he didn’t do it on The Singer. This is the premier performance in 2021. He wasn’t working with this composer/music mogul Famous Russian Billionaire Igor Krutoy (on piano here) until 2018, the year after The Singer. Igor came out of retirement to compose for Dimash when he first heard him sing in 2018.

This was actually the premiere of this song, in 2021, at New Wave festival in Russia, after pandemic restrictions lessened. He stepped back on stage after 1 and 1/2 years of pause in his stage career, and premiered 3 songs at new Wave : "Stranger", "Fly Away", and a re-interpretation of "Ave Maria" that Igor made at Dimash`s request. The other performance you watched was in China in 2022 where he participated in a reality/game show and, yes, the constant travelling back and forth made him sick and he had to withdraw. No, he didn’t do it on The Singer. This is the premier performance in 2021. He wasn’t working with this composer/music mogul Famous Russian Billionaire Igor Krutoy (on piano here) until 2018, the year after The Singer. Igor came out of retirement to compose for Dimash when he first heard him sing in 2018.

This was actually the premiere of this song, in 2021, at New Wave festival in Russia, after pandemic restrictions lessened. He stepped back on stage after 1 and 1/2 years of pause in his stage career, and premiered 3 songs at new Wave : "Stranger", "Fly Away", and a re-interpretation of "Ave Maria" that Igor made at Dimash`s request.
He participated in 'I am Singer' competition back in 2017.
