    Thanks for this demonstration. During the shoulder external rotation I was amazed at how tight my right side was and how flexible my left side was. With all of my upper body issues I thought it would've been the other way around. It's amazing how everything really is connected. I'm looking forward to getting an individualized plan from a certified hand therapist. Hopefully, I'll find a good one in my area. I love all your videos! Thanks! 😊

      I'm so so glad it's been helpful! Are you right hand dominant, out of curiosity? Sometimes we get tighter on our dominant side since we use it more! I'm so glad you tried the exercises and I hope you get connected to a great hand therapist soon!

    Hello , i was diagnosed with RA in 2002 pretty sure ive had it longer then that . The last exercise in your video gives me lots of pain . What can i do to lessen it . I did not use any weights . The ladt 2 yrs my symptoms have progressed greatly . I am a dog groomer and have decided to work from home because i can not keep up in a shop .

      I'm so sorry to hear that, there definitely isn't a one size fits all recommendation when it comes to hand exercises. IF you have access to a certified hand therapist (a physical or occupational therapist with additional training in the hand) that would be ideal to provide an individualized assessment and treatment plan , especially due to the physical nature of your job!
