I would love you guys to watch a show for the first time together. Obviously you don't have the guarantee of quality like the other shows you have covered but it would be fun for you two to have competing theory matrixes and to work together to figure out the mysteries.
I'm glad that you're still doing these deep analyses videos of 1899, I was afraid that with the cancellation there would be no more mention of the show in your channel and, honestly, you guys did the best analysis of a TV show that I have ever seen, that's why I immediately subscribed. It would be nice if you did the same with other shows and movies, I love the theories and explanations that you bring to the table, looking forward to the next videos! 😁😁 Edit: "I think, therefore I'm" is a quote from Descartes. 😉
I am thrilled that you are continuing the episode breakdowns and analysis despite the dreadful decisions made by Netflix. I’ve been sharing on the pages that I Admin( Dark and 1899 fb fan groups ) about your channel. I just discovered it with 1899. Dark and The OA are two of my most beloved series. I love your content and will share your channel far and wide. Keep up the great work!
I'm keeping the faith that BBO and JF will find a way to tell the rest of their story. It seems 1899 has gained more ground on Netflix than before the cancellation so maybe a smarter network will pick it up.
Another great one, guys. I'm really looking forward to the finale now. Had a new thought regarding the initials MF, as in Maura Franklin and MoreField. I wonder if it could point to MainFrame, or even, given the gender-swapping theme and Henry/Henriette, Male/Female. Or possibly Mother Figure. Also, I don't know if you've seen the thread on Reddit regarding the First Class ticket partially visible under the books on the table in Maura's stateroom. The ticket lists 3 people. One female, age 32, which matches Maura, and two males, ages 40 and 37, which do not match any other established ages for male characters, as given in the prop newspaper from the premiere. The last initial for all 3 people may be S, which could be Singleton or Solace, perhaps pointing to Ciaran and Daniel. How odd that this ticket listing 3 people is on Maura's table, yet she thinks she's a woman named Franklin traveling alone.
It just hit me. My Theory is: The show is not really cancelled. It’s an example of Plato’s Shadow and Netflix is casting the Shadow making us think they cancelled the show. In reality the second is being produced while we focus on the Shadow and will be dropped on Netflix, out of the blue, late next year. What an awesome fake out that plays into the show.
I think Netflix only cares about "second screen" shows. Many shows I've seen recently are so stupid that you can only watch them if you're also doing something else. Wednesday is a good example for that. The first half is not that bad but this show only serves the purpose of giving kids ideas for dancing on TikTok. You can perfectly have Wednesday on in the background while scrolling through your TikTok feed and not miss anything meaningful. Try that with Dark or 1899... It's really sad how they make their decisions. I'm starting to feel lucky about Dark having been finished properly.
I know it's been out a while now - and Netflix cancelled it after Series 2 - but I'd love to see your thoughts about and reactions to 'Black Spot'. It was one of the series I dived into after DARK finished to assuage my feelings of loss! [ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Spot_(TV_series) ]

I have immensely enjoyed these breakdown videos. I hope there will be one for the finale too.

Ada - ada lovelace? Thanks Birdemic!
netflix doesnt come out with enough high quality content to want ALL 'GOT' like viral hits...
was waiting alot for this one!
There HAS to be a way to produce the second season of 1899!! If I won the mega millions I would finance it
Netflix won't release it from IP jail before years :(

Yeah welcome to the brave new world.
10:23 I believe he's dead and there's only an AI of him that exist she's moved on romantically with the captain.
Good news. Velma a show with a score of 1.3 on imdb is getting renewed for a second season. I would love if you could do a in depth analysis of it.
Hey guys, maybe The Last of Us next or too mainstream?
Maura is Henry
Don’t play poker with Anthony. Not even going to say why.
