You have made a couple of mistakes at this point. 1. excitement, enthusiasm are telling words, not showing because the author is interpreting the situation instead of letting the reader do it. This is simply an example of vivid or colourful language, like using dart and vault instead of run and jump. Colourful language helps the reader picture the image you are expressing, but do not let him or her interpret it. 2. Good storytelling is always a blend of showing and telling. The most extreme example is scenes are shown, the events between scenes are told, for example, a dialogue (shown) followed by waiting an hour for the friend to return (told) and a second dialogue (shown). But good writers tell within a scene as well. To a degree, they use showing as a form of colourful language, but they also show the main points in the story and tell lesser points. Showing and telling likewise have unique features such as in the way they can be used to deceive the reader due to the way readers interact with each.

Hi there, So nice to hear from you. I'd suggest to join an improv group and starting to do smaller constructive embarrassment exercises. Those are the fastest way to overcome social anxiety!

You are talking in playful way but the environment seems dark (maybe background). ask the editor to add some light background music. And maybe thats the reason yours videos have less views. ~ Personal Opinion.
