My favorite video. Not just because of the beautiful coastal plains with also a hint of Appalachia up north, but because you pass by my old hometown of Bealeton, VA. I have very fond memories standing next to those tracks watching the trains go by and wishing I could be on them. Safe travels in the future and watch those hot shots.
The ladies voice you hear talking to the car inspector in Linwood got fired not long after this she couldn't grasp restricted speed,,she had already got thru one banner and hadn't been back long when she got thru another one
The date is posted at the beginning of the video. Not sure if you have access to logs of days you worked but perhaps that will help. The train was pretty slow getting out of Atlanta. I recall it tripled or quadrupled back when building next to those ramps.
While I am aware that this journey was done many years ago & only because of RUclips censorship prevented me from viewing this offering from your open channel earlier, I must express my delight & joy in watching this video. For 12 years of my life, I lived in North Carolina within the I-85 corridor you just presented. My sales territory encompassed Atlanta, GA to Richmond, VA. (I lived in both High Point & Charlotte) All that you filmed was simply a "homecoming" for me! I was extremely interested in the northern/convoluted route taken past Manassas, VA to which I gladly referred to my 1959 Hammond RR atlas to determine the lines travelled north. The trip north did pass many PA points of reference in which my rail fan journeys would take me to photo. Finally, the final segment of this adventure would pass my childhood home (Westfield, NJ) & spots I truly know so well. Thank you for providing me with these scenic memories, & I hope that you will, once again, enjoy "free rides" to share with your viewers!!!!

It’s still up but RUclips deletes content from there more frequently so I’m reluctant to post videos.
