I flew with cathay on economy, the food and customer service was good. But the confort depends by the type of plane. 777-300ER’s cabin was very noisy due to GE90 engine and there was not a lot of space for legs. With the A350-1000 was another story. Much more quiet engine and better leg room.
Unimpressed for sure..sorry but the meal presentation is terrible! I get better product and service on SQ for even shorter flights ..don't get me wrong I fly alot 52 flights for this year in all classes and even a couple on CX and I have seen much better even for CX!
