@@TKItech Only iPhones or other Apple devices have GPS. These do not have GPS. Thus it needs to connect to the iphone and then the iphone will report the GPS location of the connection. These are Bluetooth trackers, not GPS trackers.
These devices are designed to pair with an iPhone or another Apple device using 'Find My,' or with Bluetooth on Android devices, to ascertain their location. They don't possess their own GPS or cellular capabilities. Therefore, if no internet-connected phone or device is in proximity, the location won't be updated. Upon connecting to a phone, the device leverages the phone's GPS to relay its location. It's a Bluetooth tracker, not a GPS tracker!
It does. I have this and it notified my gf who was in the car with me that something was tracking her for the last hour while we were driving around. Scared her at first until we realized it was this.

Can you track the card without activating the alarm?
The location of the card can only be found within the range of bluetooth, or even with GPS like the airtag?
Location via GPS but Bluetooth is needed to make the alarm go off
