Superb review presentation of my favorite Omega watch. Thank you.
Thank you! 🙏
Great detailed review on this cool, quirky watch.
How do you wind this watch? Clockwise or counterclockwise?
Did they ever make a GMT triple calendar?
How prone is it to technical malfunctions? Because it’s a pretty complicated movement and relatively affordable.
Mine has been flawless
As far as the ones I’ve been able to use and the owners I’ve spoken to, no one has had any issues in the years of owning. It is a fairly complicated watch but the movement is pretty robust as well.
I've had one for about 12 years that I bought used from Japan when it was 10 years old, and it has been bulletproof. It's my daily now because I just hated having to reset the m-fker if I let it power out for a week or two. The lume doesn't last long now, I wouldn't take it near water as I'm not sure if the gaskets will keep moisture out and I really should take it in for service, but it still only gains about a minute a week. This thing will be on wrist until the day I die.
I’ve owned one 15 years, no major issues.
Mine runs flawless, even though I think it had never been serviced in the 20 years before I bought it! Really good movement, true workhorse.
Hodinky. Ho-din-ky.
Yes. I know. What did I say? I’ll have to go back and watch. Did I flub it? Lol! I do exclusively 1 take so sometimes I F words up but usually its more complicated ones than that simple name. Lol! 👍
