Crash on Kalanianaole Highway claims life of teen motorcyclist

Oahu experienced its 14th traffic fatality of 2024 after a teen motorcyclist died in a crash on Kalanianaole Highway.

It's like a daily thing now..yesterday was one in waipahu the day before yesterday in ewa beach .

We live next to a raised crosswalk and the road is so damaged from trucks bouncing off of it that we keep getting massive potholes before and after the hump. Cars pop their tires, and they're super dangerous to bicyclists and motorcycles. Some official should step in and do something before anyone else dies. Praying for the family.

I see from young kids to adults people speeding, free wheeling and doing some exhibitions. It’s just a matter of time that they will hurt themselves or hurt others.
