there's something about the panda that melts away my bmw enthusiast barrier and just makes me say I want one! look at that panda go! it's so relaxing to see a tiny car fight the weather.
Does this car have solid axle front and back? Any type of traction control? Any other points that make this car capable in mud, gravel etc. What are it's limits. Looks like could be fun.
The water is not that deep, it only has about 16cm of ground clearance, the water is about 20-25cm (200-250mm) deep. There is no mud as well, just dirty water with a solid bottom, almost any vehicle with the ground clearance would have been able to do it.
@@asbedford thanks, didn't know the wading depth. I have one myself. Haven't done any off roading yet, just some semi soft sand driving and gravel roads, sucks that it only stays in 50/50 4wd mode up to 50kph only though.
@@ZaberBiest Ah, these new ones are all electronic aren't they, which is fair enough, it all helps. I've just got the older model "climbing" with the straight viscous coupling. Looking forward to giving it a go :)
I got now for a week the real yellow version and call him Minion... I want to drive like this... I had a Fiat Panda emotion and now my daughter got her. I luf the Panda....
I’m seriously thinking of buying one of these little gems but not sure which of the engines to go for, either the 0.9 or the 1.3 diesel. Which would you guys recommend, as it’s going to double as a recreational and some pretty gritty off road as will be used for shooting in and around the fields in the Dales. Would be grateful if you or anyone else who reads this could help. Thank you.
I got the Panda 4x4 multijet a few months back. It is superb. It is not fast and it is not meant to be. It is comfortable and can tackle the worst of any weather and terrain and that is what i love about it.
I think that the images in the water do not have a muddy bottom, otherwise they would have stopped (probably it is a rocky bottom)........ however, relatively good off-road with the right tires
A normal 4x2 vehicle with enough ground clearance would have been able to do most of this as well. I have gone through worse with a 4x2 pickup that doesn't even have traction control or a diff lock. The only let down of the panda 4x4 is the ground clearance, as you might have the 4x4 system and traction control etc but it helps just about f-all if the underside keeps scraping.
I have a problem with differential of the same panda cross 4×4 now its 6 month since order being made to Italy to fix my panda and I'm about to say it's not good when you experience gearbox problem you will suffer
RTGood1 must be something around 5 litres (or at least thats what i heard from a video some time ago). But even if u drive hin crazy fast it will still be way under 5,5 litres.
Great vid to showcase the panda 4x4 😂😔😒 i think Fifth Gears version where the Range Rover Raced a Panda 4x4 is a good take on how good this is 👌 and much better than this vid
In my opinion one the best off-roaders out there
Compact rugged fun utilitarian and very good for daily use because good fuel economy
One of Fiat's best small cars.
Yes. I have owned silly fast cars etc but the 4x4 suits my lifestyle these days as i approach 50!

Grande Panda cross 4x4 sei imbattibile,la vera 🐐 di montagna 👍💪🐼 🥰
Really one of the best cars in the world
Is a 3x1 car: Good on city, good off road, and not bad on highway. It is also small, while offering good interior spaces.

i didn´t know thed´d go through water that deep. are those regularly equipped cars?
Yes they are. They are extremely good offroaders.

@@ZaberBiest They're good for 40cm deep and mud is no bother because they are light.

Were these little cars prepped in any way shape or form? Exhausts, water-proofing?
Beautiful
