I'll give hercule 16 head situation but 1. he tried to befriend buu after he realize he couldn't kill him he was kissing buu ass an 2. the only reason human listen to he is becaus he took credit for shit he didnt do an made human in z worship him!

It's quite a good scene actually, and it really showed that Vegeta's character really changed quite drastically over the course of the Buu saga. This scene really did happen after he killed Kid Buu.
Has anyone else noticed that as the series goes on, Hercule gets progressively less muscled and shorter as his ego slowly disappears and he realises how weak he is? It's interesting that Toriyama has done that.
What I love about Mr. Satan is that he knows the Z Fighters are the ones that truly deserve all the credit. He has to keep up his appearance not only for himself, but in order to keep the Z Fighters' identities safe.

The US BROADCAST versions are so much better, much better background music.. half the time the music makes the scene more dramatic.. and you dont feel it in this video
Well just take a screenshot from your phone and use photoshop express on play store. Usually screenshot pict has the blurry effect, in Photoshop Express you could use reduce luminance and reduce noise to make the pict better. And use the auto function at the clarity option

I know I’m pretty late but the thing with him is that he merged with good buu again except they ended up becoming super buu instead of staying as fat buu since that evil Buu overpowered the good Buu

Brother he just got older. Also everyone got less muscular as thats just how Toriyama's style changed. Look at Battle of Gods
Mr Satan is one of the best written characters in dragonn ball. You can tell Toriyama really liked him.

You are aware of DBZ Kai right? In the english dub, Bulma has a new voice. All DBZ games will now be using the cast from Kai. Hope that helps you.
